Considered one of Dallas’ leading restaurants serving the finest American cuisine and steaks, Cafe on the Green is the main restaurant at the award-winning Four Seasons Resort and Club Dallas at Las Colinas. The warmly sophisticated restaurant overlooks the lush resort grounds and resort swimming pool. It offers an array of seating preferences from intimate tables for two to private dining rooms for up to 20. Executive Chef Christof Syre and Chef de Cuisine Jonathan Rivera are big personalities at the restaurant and each of them has influenced the menu that features the freshest local produce, seafoods and steaks. Desserts are the creation of Four Seasons’ renowned Executive Pastry Chef Randy Gehman. The Café is ideal for romantic dinners, celebrations or casual dining with friends. An important note is that Master Sommelier James Tidwell is often available during dinner to personally talk to guests and consult on their wines selections. Recently rated a Forbes Four Star.

We had a business lunch here and were going to order off the menu, but the buffet looked so good, everyone got the buffet! It was very nicely done and looked like a large dinner party rather than a hotel buffet. The chicken was good, vegetables (asparagus, squash, zucchini, etc.) were huge, grilled and tasty. The dessert buffet is out... More

We ate breakfast, lunch and dinner here over 3 days visit. What I ordered for breakfast was very good. I can't remember the name but it was 2 eggs over corn tortillas with a red tomatillo sauce, sour cream, black beans and avacado. That was my favorite. Lunch was a blackened fish (sans blackened) with grilled onions, avacado. Dinner there... More

We ate here several times during our stay in Irving. Chef Christoff is innovative and creative in his dishes and yet the food felt very "comfortable". The sweet treats they offer after dinner are beautiful and yummy! We aren't sweet eaters but we finished off the plate easily. I had the salmon and my husband had the steak. It's pricey... More

Our experience at this venue’s Easter brunch buffet was somewhat disappointing. The buffet presentation and seating area in the Café on the Green Restaurant looked beautiful. Unfortunately, we were seated in the overflow hotel meeting room area. There, the tables were plain and the food presented on linear catering tables. The cold seafood and salads were very good as was... More

This is the 3rd year that we have had our Easter Brunch at Café on the Green at the Four Seasons Resort in Irving, TX. The staff made sure that we were seated at our usual requested table and we were immediately seated to enjoy our Holiday Easter Brunch. Our Server, J Lasantha was absolutely incredible with his continuous service... More

This is the main restaurant in the Four Seasons complex. It is a lovely place; beautifully decorated with impressive views of the golf course. The service is excellent and the food is equally fine.

Nothing remarkable, nothing poorly done. Food was good, just not up to the same standards set by the rest of the property. Upscale dining option would be much appreciated.
