I'd go again ...just for the fantastic service & atmoshphere

It's not very often I am blown away by the quality of personal service I find in restaurants these days but this restaurant takes the cake. I'm not talking about waiters in white jackets and bow ties watching out for every crumb you drop. I'm talking about the "personal" element. I was part of a... read more

I arrived on a Wednesday evening and the hostess asked if I had a reservation. I did not but they found me a seat at the bar, I was quickly served hot sauce and chips while I looked at the menu. I ordered the Montery Chicken. It was very good and a the portion was large. Every seat in the... More

Hi Holly! I am so grateful for your feedback. Thanks for sharing with others about our middle of the week traffic. Monday through Thursday are our busiest nights of the week because of business dinner and private events. Reservations are getting to be a must but we will always do our very best to fit you in. Thank you again... More

Very nice ambiance for a romantic date night or special occasion. It is on the expensive end but definitely worth it. Service is great, food is amazing, seating is great. My fiancé and I need to come back here soon!

I always make it to Via Real when in Dallas. The menu goes WAY beyond Mexican, although their enchiladas are the best. Seafood, steak and the best creme Brule I've ever had - it's perfect!

This restaurant is generally very good but the last time there the price for brunch had gone up and the food quality and service quality had gone down. I submitted a comment card and never heard back from anyone.

Hi Judy, Thank you for your updated feedback. I am very disappointed to find that you were not impressed with your last visit. I will be looking into what went wrong. Our brunch price has remained the same for the past several years: we want it to be affordable for our guests while covering food and mimosa costs as well.... More

While the food is consistent and service generally good, I don't think this place has changed since it opened. That's great if you want that's what you want but I would love to see some freshening up both to the 1980's southwest decor and the menu.

I have been to this place a number of times and it's always fantastic. The tamales are my favorite, but they only serve them for dinner since they make them fresh daily. It is more like New Mexico style and isn't as spicy as the Tex-Mex style. If you like spicy, ask for a side of jalapeños.

Held a business lunch here. The food is really good, with some really interesting choices. The service was top notch. I was super impressed by the service, even more than the food. It is a nicely laid out restaurant, with good atmosphere. I appreciated that the chairs were comfortable, despite me being a larger man. Restrooms were well maintained, as... More

Prices were moderate to expensive but the food was good. Atmosphere was charming. Margaritas not the best, they had a bottled mix taste. All in all, I'd make a point to go again.
