Went here for lunch! Great food, great sushi! We had the Bento Box and Sushi. It was great! The lunch is much less pricey, and the lunch specials are great! This was my favorite place until I had Benihana last week but its still in my top 5! There is nothing that I do not like about this place except... More

Try the lobster volcano, $19. Spider roll also very good, $9. They also have private rooms, and a Hitachi area.

The kids love the hibachi cooking so we walked to this place from the Omni next door. The food was prepared with the usual show and kept the kids entertained. We had various dishes including steak, chicken and seafood all of which was very good I had 2 martinis and wife had a champagne cocktail. We ended paying a little... More

True more neighborhood feel that the big chain, but I felt the meal was average. Chicken felt tasteless and shrimp small. On some fronts it's okay I guess, but to me the big brand is far better

I started loving this restaurant for its location to work, but now that work has moved I find myself coming back again and again for the sashimi, which I consider to be some of the best in Dallas. Now that it has gotten colder, I decided to try some of the noodle soups and was very happy! The udon is... More

I'm surprised by the positive reviews of this restaurant... The food is not good, the service horrible and the atmosphere more than dated. We did not want to do the hibachi since it smells up the clothes. So we ordered from the regular menu. Not by choice: we did not have the option to order from the hibachi menu...The ramen... More

This charming Japanese restaurant is quiet, clean, moderately priced and the food is delicious. They offer hibachi, sushi, and a wide variety from the menu. You can speak directly with the sushi chefs to see what's fresh and they will make pretty much whatever you want. Not a total wow of a place but would recommend highly for a quiet... More

Was in Irving for weekend and sought out local sushi/Japanese restaurants and came across this one which wasn't far from our hotel in Las Colinas. Overall moderate pricing for good, fresh cuisine and nice atmosphere, good locale. Only issue was service as our waiter seemed to disappear after a while but there were other runners who were attentive or we... More

This is a typical, semi-touristy Japanese restaurant next to the Omni. Food is decent enough. Service rushed, as if they wanted to turn the table, though on a Monday night there was no one waiting. Place looks like it could use a sprucing up; decor on the tired and worn side. All in all, acceptable.

Pretty much your average hibachi experience. Good food, but not exceptional. It's a smaller restaurant, so it felt a little cramped.
