OK so we went to this far away restaurant with my husband intending to have some chaat. We see the menu and find that there was actually no chaat in the menu. Well the easy thing to do was to check online before going I know. But anyways, it was meant to be:) Just a heads up- for those who... More

We were looking forward to trying out this restaurant after all the reviews we read online and from our friends who have been here before, but my overall first impression was that the food was very poor and we probably won't be coming back here again. The inside of the restaurant was dimly lit, it smelled like we walked into... More

Walked around 15 minutes in almost 100 degree heat from my hotel to eat here as I heard good things I left just before 8pm as their website and every other site ( tripadvisor, yelp, google ) stated they close at 9pm. Walked in at 8:07 and was told that they were closing and their kitchen was shut down .....AN... More

Sooo good! If you love samosas, you have to check this place out! We bought a restaurant.com coupon and it worked out great but be careful, if you don't check the reciept, you may end up double tipping. We wanted to try everything so we order a family platter, samosa hut meat platter that came w/their signature kabob, beef ribs,... More

Traditional East African/Indian fare. They can make the food according to your spice specifications. I went with the mild and found it very flavorful. The ribs and mishkhaki are delicious. The chili fries were a little spicy but the gravy fries sent me over the edge (in a totally "ohmygod: who cares how fat I get I'm just going to... More

Average place and environment, place order at the counter. Tried the samosas, going by the name of the place. But not so great, tried the chicken ones: very spicy, served with chutney (watery, didn't do the job of being a chutney) Skip it. Mango Lassi was very good. Main course: Chicken Vindaloo: spicy curry dish that wasn't good Chicken Tikka... More

We have eaten here several times. It has been recommended by several friends of Indian heritage a authentic cuisine. Food is great, and the owner is very personable and helpful if you don't know what something is. We will certainly be back.

My family and I were in Irving on a Sunday afternoon, wanted Indian food, and my husband found Samosa's. Wow! My whole family loved the food and my sons can't wait to go back. My youngest is especially fond of their Chicken Tikka and the oldest likes the Beef Mishkaki. We didn't know which dessert to order, so the man... More

My co-workers and I like to come here for the chicken tikka masala. It is different than others that I have had and enjoyed, not as thick, but still flavorful and something we continue to come back for. It is served with naan and rice. I usually prefer the rice over the naan.

Dal makhani was very nice, served with a side of rice, salad or Naan. The side of rice is a large enough portion to share with others. The chai was somewhat disappointing, but the food was delicious.
