All I can say is go for the pizza which is well prepared with a variety of options, all of which are fresh and delicious. The Parma pizza was excellent and I had a clam pizza special which was equally good. The 12" is a hearty meal for one with 6 slices of pure joy.

My favorite is the Parma with fresh mozzarella, prosciutto, parmesan, & balsamic glaze. BYOB is a nice option to add wine. The wood fired grill makes the crust delicious! They are always busy, so there may be a wait but it is worth it! The staff is friendly and obviously takes pride in their food.

We walked into Cavalli's several years ago not knowing what to expect. We were greeted by the owner and manager who told us all about how they make the pizza using traditional neopolitan ingredients. They take so much pride in their product. The pizzas are individual size (12") or large (16-18") and are baked in a traditional wood fired brick... More

Very good to excellent pizza. A member of my party ordered a cannoli for dessert and the chef(?) came out and told her that the cream wasn't up to his standards and he refused to serve it. He offered her a free tiramisu (which was wonderful) and a free cannoli on her next trip (which was 3 days later). Pizza... More

Raised in NY and lived in Chicago for over a decade so I can't say Cavalli's pizza is the equal to the pizzas found in the north. But I think this is the best pizza I've had in the DFW since Inky's in Colleyville closed many years ago (Inky's calzone is still missed by me). I haven't tried menu items... More

This is a Trip Advisor favorite, but my family didn't find the pizza rave-worthy. The crust was too charred for us and the calamari appetizer was disappointing. The salads, however, were excellent. Lots of choices made with fresh ingredients,

We ordered a 16 inch meat trio and a 12 inch pepperoni. The meat trio pizza was burnt on most of the parts. The pepperoni pizza was decent. My in-laws live in the NYC/North Jersey area so I have had my share of excellent pizza when visit them. Also it was kind of expensive especially when the larger pizza was... More

I love their thin crust and the fact that they throw it, make it and bake it right there in front of you (at least the last time I was there, which was before their flood and remodel). They have a nice lunch menu with soups and salads, too.

As a born and bred New Yorker who has also lived in New Jersey for quite a while, I think I know good pizza. This place definitely makes great pizza. I loved the thin crust and specialty feel the pizza had. It was made with fresh ingredients. My daughter asked for a special combination with cheese, pepperoni and mushrooms while... More

As most people do, we have some die hard "go-to" restaurants in town that we also go to. We decided to check out TA and try something new in our hometown. We ended up 2 miles down the road at Cavalli based on the reviews. What a great find! We brought our own wine, husband and I split a tasty... More
