I went there with my two good friends for dinner for the first time on Saturday. Cavalli is definitely the BEST pizza I have tasted so far in Texas. 900 degrees Fahrenheit wood fired oven! Do I need to say anything else? And it is a BYOB place! Yeah! Great food, great staff, great prices and and a fun place... More

Cavalli's in Irving, TX is a great find, thanks to a friend of mine from the area. It is a smallish restaurant in a shopping center at I-635 and Belt Line Road (behind the McDonald's). The owner is from Naples, Italy and the food is authentic Italian, featuring wood fired pizza. We shared a large salad and small pizza for... More

Reviewed this in January, it was great then, I had the white chicken pizza. But returned and found I was served the saltiest food item I have ever eaten, the 3 meat pizza. Ate most of it, but it swelled me up, could not finish. I thought it was pretty pricey ($13.25 plus tax) for an individual pizza, but ordered... More

Overpriced, burnt pizza...I don't get it. How is this place the best in this area? Granted the pizza was quickly delivered to the table after ordering.

Went here for first time on Feb. 17 and arrived just after they opened at 11. We were able to order right away. By the time we were done eating, the place was packed with the line to order to the door, while the Burrito place next door was deserted. Lots of office workers from the area were there for... More

First time to eat at Cavalli's so we asked for a recommendation from the cashier. I got a personal pizza and a salad. My husband went with the lasagna. Everything tasted so fresh! The brick oven made the pizza crust even better. Would like to try the french fries with tuffle oil and meatballs with pesto next time. Certainly want... More

Great Pizza. Awesome atmosphere. Brick-Oven pizza's were amazing and it wasn't pricey. The staff is really good. I was staying at the Red Roof couple mins away and the staff recommended this place. AMAZING!!

Have been to Italy. This is better than any pizza I had there. Perfect wood fired crust, excellent fresh basil pesto, fresh cheeses. Friendly cashier. Got mine to go, so did not rate service. Office l loved it too. Can't lose choice for lunch or dinner. Ordered chicken pesto pizza 5 stars on that.

This place is located in a small strip mall but I have to say it is the best pizza I have had in DFW. We met some friends here on a Sunday night and it was packed. The pizza is made of the best ingredients and had numerous toppings that you would find in Italy. The dessert pizza was amazing... More

Admittedly, we chose a very cold Irving evening to try Cavalli Pizza. From the moment that Sergei took our order however, we began feeling the many aspects of genuine warmth in this establishment. The attention of the staff from cooks to busboys was that of a team that shares a mission to deliver a memorable experience. The wood-fired oven with... More
