The food was delicious (although we had a party of 4 and none of us got steaks. The service was excellent. The tables are spaced out nicely. The decor is eclectic and I enjoyed the artwork. There is a large patio area that has an upscale sports bar feel. I want to take my husband. He would love it.

I was hosting a college president from out of town and some of his staff and fellow alumni. The server sensing an “expense account dinner” was pushing high-end starters and a magnum of wine. When we ordered a nice cab, he offered to decant it. There was no decanter, but a device that made it easier to drink the wine... More

Had one night in Dallas so we found The Ranch on Trip Advisor. Food was awesome - elk tacos (great flavor) and pork carnita stack (fantastic). Also had the meatloaf - just a little spice and great size portions. They source their food locally and you can tell the difference! Waitress was wonderful, restaurant was casual and relaxing. I wish... More

The wife and I were making an overnight trip to the Metroplex, staying in the Las Colinas area of Irving. For dinner I was in the mood for beef. I made a quick online check and chose the nearest place to our hotel, The Ranch at Las Colinas. The wait staff were friendly, professional and well trained, but you can't... More

The ranch specializes in Texas products, so grass fed happy Texas cattle provide the most delicious steaks. I also recommend the onion rings, they're incredible!

I have been in Texas only 3 or 4 times and never had a really good steak. The Marriott hotel recommended The Ranch and it did not disappoint. I had the 8 oz Filet ($35.95) with garlic butter that melted in my mouth. The local Tap beer was just right and the Key Lime pie complemented the meal very well.... More

This is a nice place for lunch. The decor is cabin rustic. The menu has a decent selection. The food is just average but certainly good for a restaurant of this type. Go here for a good casual lunch.

Very average, prices are too high considering the quality of food and service. Best part were the onion rings.

Took my little sister and my best friend to The Ranch for a girl's night out. What a great place to have an excellent meal and just visit with friends and family. The food is 5-star quality, and the atmosphere is relaxed and unpretentious. Our waiter, a lovely young man named Jeff, was attentive without being obtrusive, which I prefer.... More

This is a buzzing place. The staff seem to have the apparent chaos well under control and were friendly and professional. The food was good although my buffalo burger had too much mustard in it and this masked the taste of the good meat. Very good bar staff, the two girls there worked really hard and had the bar totally... More
