This restaurant is wonderful on the pocket and the food is a throw back to the 60's. The staff is pleasant and knowledgeable about their food. I have had the pizza as well as some of the plate lunches, I found it to all to be very good!

I never really felt quite so unwelcome as I did here, the Chef and Barmaid were very nice. I would pick a night when George was not there though, 'Grumpy George' the owner might be in the wrong business, because I felt really unwelcome. I thought he was a customer until he went behind the bar and started working through... More

We have driven past this place a million times. Always remarked about how full the parking lot was, but discounted it for some reason. No more and I know know why it's so busy. The sauce is on the sweet side but you won't hate it, and the meatballs are very good. This place is VERY pocketbook friendly, hence to... More

I have been craving the "Golden Baked Lasagna" for months. I grew up going to this place and even though I don't live real close to it now, we will make the trip a couple times a year to go eat there with family. Everything is great, but the lasagna is a all-time favorite. Always friendly and fast service.

A friend of mine and I went to Angelo's in Irving for the 1st time last week. Just looking at the size of the parking lot and the number of cars there we we sure we found a jewel and we sure did. I had the lasagna and it was absolutely delicious. Now I have to go back to try... More

It came out bubbling and beautiful. It was the best I have eaten in a restaurant. I should have known it would be great when my family that took me there ordered it as well as recommending it.

The lunch steak is a bargain--includes drink too! Reasonable price! Or try the hamburger steak--really great taste. Old time Irving favorite. Very likely to see someone you know there!

This is a local Italian joint but there are non-Italian foods on menu. Portions very generous. The service was very attentive even though we arrived just before closing. The baked potato was truly loaded ( cheese & real bacon bits) and would've made a meal itself.

Since the mid-1960's, this local pizza-pasta restaurant has been delighting locals with speghetti, calzone, their famous lasagna, and many traditional American dishes with an Italian flair. Truly a hot spot for local diners that serves you food fast with a personal touch. Definitely one of the best priced restaurants in Irving for the quality and quantity of food. Food is... More
