I ordered a cake by phone for a girl's 3rd birthday with a Hello Kitty puff picture. Everything went well up until the day I picked it up. I was in a rush and they could not find the cake. It took almost 10 minutes for them to locate it and by then I had 20 people just about on... More

This little shop on the corner of Hurstview and Harwood excels in making people happy. The breads are chockful of goodness, the cupcakes come in many flavors-lemon, carrot, red velvet. The cakes are not only pretty to the eye but they are amazing to the mouth! The German chocolate was a mile high, dense, rich, and every bite was worth... More

Ordered two previous cakes, no problem. But, ordered a cake 6 weeks before for a bridal shower on Sunday 9/29/13, called at 8am Saturday and they obviously did not have the cake, but said it would be ready at 2:00. Sent my mother to pick it up, she told them the bow was too small, but took the cake. When... More

You'd think when you go to a "real" bakery, you'd get the "real deal" product. But no, as gorgeous as the cupcakes appear, that's not true buttercream icing. Instead, it's the nasty Crisco-like substitute (I asked and though difficult for the counter guy to admit, he succumbed; but quickly noted, it was a very high quality shortening). Sadly, they lack... My duaghter had her 10 year bithday this past Jan. She wanted a Paris themed party with an Eiffel Tower cake. Not A sheet cake, a 3D Cake! Placing the order was so easy and the guy helping me knew exactly what I wanted and was able to do it. The even more amazing part, the price!!! I was afraid... More

I have never been disappointed with anything I have bought from this bakery! I have been a customer for over 5 years and everything is always fresh, moist, and very tasty. My only complaint is they close at 5 pm which makes it difficult to get there after work but other than that it's an awesome bakery!

I've ordered my sons' birthday & team cakes from here for 8yrs and have NEVER been disappointed! Once I was out-of-town and called for them to make a Wolverine-themed cake for my son. I told them I trusted whatever pic/design they developed. He was uber excited to see the cake which looked like a HD pic of Hugh Jackman! They... More

They customized my wife's birthday cake, did a GREAT job designing and decorating it. But then they added coconut. Guess who's allergic to coconut? So a $50 cake was inedible.

We've loved this bakery for years, and their chocolate-covered strawberries are a Valentine's day favorite! My trips to the bakery are usually an impulse for something sweet on my way home, but I have also ordered cakes and deserts and have never been disappointed.

I had a picture of a three-layered cake, each layer turned a different way. The design was just a little Rubik's cube and I asked them to price it. They told me it would cost $1,500!! It's a bunch of squares on three layers. How difficult is that, that they would have to charge more than a typical wedding cake?... More
