Tucked away near Memorial Park, this restaurant has a nice location with plenty of greenspace around. The service was excellent; however, the food was hit and miss. The steak was definitely overdone. Salad and desserts were good. The 3-course chef's menu is definitely a good value for the expense. Appreciated that the server brought the bottle of wine when the... More

We've been here many times because the restaurant, bar, and outdoor lawn are are just gorgeous. The food is great, our service has always been great as well. I'm hoping to be able to one day rave about the lobster but it is pricey and we've stuck with different cuts of steak, thus far. We also went to the craft... More

$78 for the bone in Ribeye...and it was mediocre at best. Not the best piece of steak... Truffle fries were good but a very small portion for a $10 side... Cool location and views... I don't mind expensive - but the food better be outstanding...and its not... Sorry Brenners!

I ordered the hanger steak which was interesting but under done and the side of mushrooms and spinach both of which were very good. Felt like I was being pushed to order more than I needed. Prices reflected a restaurant of excellent quality. The food was very good but not excellent.

This was our first times to dine at Brenner's and it was spectacular. It was my sons idea to take mom "some place nice" for Mothers Day, so thats what we did. From the time we arrived we were treated like royality. The staff was friendly and courteous and the food as magnificant! I had the stuffed quail, my son... More

I was there for a business function where an assortment of buffet style foods were offered. The Quail wrapped in bacon was dry, the meat dish was also poor which is what surprised me for being a renowned steak house. OK it was a buffet and buffet style foods tend dry out quickly if left for a while (I ate... More

I have been going to Brenner's for some time. Staff is always spot on and the Blue Bar out back is magnificent for a patio drink. Atmosphere is very nice, beautiful landscaping and large scenic patio area (not overlooking traffic or a parking lot) which is hard to find in Houston. Very ralxing, great wine selection and good food.

We were looking for a fine-dining restaurant with a view for my 70th birthday dinner, and Brenner’s on the Bayou turned out to be a perfect choice. When we made the reservations, Tracy asked if it was a special occasion and we said yes. As a result, I received warm “Happy Birthday” greetings as we entered and left the restaurant,... More

We we're taken to Brenners by locals after we told them we wanted a really good steak. This place has truly excellent steaks. The Wine cellar is outstanding and the location is perfect. Definitely worth a visit.
