We have been here several times. The shish kabobs are outstanding. They are served with rice and grilled seasonal vegetables. The rice is cooked perfectly and the vegetables are seasoned well. Their warm pita bread and jalapeno hummus is some of the best I have ever had. Their parking is very limited, so if you are going for lunch during... More

We went there for lunch, the service was very good, food wonderful and fresh but get there early. We arrived at 11:30am and but noon it was packed and people waiting to get in...that should tell the story. It was out first time there and we will be back! Go check it out!

We go to Hungry's at least one time a month. Great Baja wrap and other wraps as well as other main menu items. Mom's meatloaf is great when I am tired of the Baja wrap. The Jalapeno crea dressing on the lettuce wedge is outstanding. Cocktails and the wine list is good as well. Prices are reasonable.

I had a breakfast wrap with chicken apple sausage instead of the jalpeno sausage and it was delicious. It was a bit crowded and noisy. We will come back.

I used to go to Hungry's in Rice Village all the time when I lived in Houston years ago so I thought I would give this location a try. It is as expensive as I remember but certainly not as good. I got a Gyro plate with meat that looked slimy and undercooked for which I had to pay 3... More

We count on Hungry's at least once a week. They have great variety and something for everyone, including multiple choices for vegetarians. Love the jalepeno humus and wedge salad with the spicy dressing. The wraps are great, one of the best burgers in town, amazing flatbreads and fabulous kabobs. They have a very comfortable patio and service is always good.

Hungry's is one of those places that's always busy...and with good reason. Good food at good prices. During peak hours they offer table service, or you can choose to order and pick up at the counter. I would describe the menu as "Mediterranean with a Southwest Twist." Some personal favorite menu items are the Jalapeno Hummus, Black Bean Soup with... More

A friend and I visited this restaurant for lunch because I live in the neighborhood. The atmosphere is similar to Cafe Express with a self serve condiment bar in the center, but here it's a regular restaurants with table service. Upon arrival, we were seated at the table of our choice, and our waiter came by shortly to take our... More

No, this is not a play or movie. This is what happened us. My wife and I decided, based on Yelp reviews of course, to try the brunch this morning. We were seated promptly in the air-conditioned patio by Carmen. We asked for water and a coffee ($2.50) for my wife. We order a belgian waffle for my wife and... More

Even though their service can be slow at times, the Sat/Sun brunch always hits the spot. My favorite is the Santa Fe Breakfast Wrap but they also have a good Croissant French Toast. Now that they expanded their parking lot, we plan on going a lot more.
