We enjoyed some slices of pizza, bread sticks & beer. The food was delicious and the staff was all very kind. One even took some extra time to tell us what to visit while we were in Houston.

Excellent New York style pizza. Reasonably priced, with good beer. What's not to love? Any of the pizzas are fine, or just conjure your own. Highly recommended.

Franks Pizza has been around a long time downtown. Its a great place to grab a quick slice of pizza...its usually hot and ready to go. The place could defiantly use a cleaning tho

Walked in to an overly crowded, narrow and HOT building but decided to order since were craving pizza. Didnt take long to order which was nice but the older man that took our payment was not friendly. A lot of characters to watch while we waited along with two trashcans that were overfilled with trash. Every time the door opened... More

This was good pizza for being outside of NY. The restaurant was very full and the line to order is a little chaotic, almost NY style also. The salad was so-so, but overall the pizza was very good.

Came here one night after an Astro's game. Not the most impressive place from a decor standpoint, but was very busy, so it definitely has a local following. Ordered 2 large pies, few bottles of water, and a beer and if was only $40... Pizza was good, beer was cold, what more do you need in a pizza place.

Good pizza spot in "historic" downtown Houston- kind of an odd little neighborhood, between the theater district and Minute Maid. I wouldn't hesitate to stop here- even if you have high standards for pizza, as I do!

This is a cozy little hole in the wall in downtown Houston. We went to eat there before the theatre. They have food other than pizza but we had pizza by the slice so that each could get something different. There is a cute little room upstairs where we ate away from the noise. Great pizza, great drinks. We enjoyed... More

More than pizza (which is excellent), Frank's menu includes burgers and a variety of offerings. A multi-level, wood-floor, basic tables and chairs sort of place, Frank's hums with activity as many people take advantage of reasonable prices and good food. Come in for a slice or a pie. Beers on tap are very reasonable. A good gathering place after the... More

Working in Houston for a couple of weeks, this place satisfied my appetite more than once. Straightforward slices directly from the oven. Good toppings and friendly staff.
