Yes, the place is massive. Yes, the servings are Texas-sized. BUT, the food is fabulous, the atmosphere terrific and you will not be disappointed. This is quintessential NYC deli, EXCEPT the servers are warm and helpful and NOT rude. You cannot go wrong at all with virtually anything on the menu. You can find something for everyone and every diet.... More

Portion control gone insane. The waiter brought out my reuben and asked me, "what do you think?" I told him I should probably call my cardiologist. He ignored us the rest of the evening. They put four slices of bread on a plate, covered it with kraut and corned beef and then - I swear - about 12 ounces of... More

True NY deli, huge sandwiches and sides (onion rings could have fed four people). About every kind of deli food, lean pastrami and corned beef, breakfast served all day long. Hit the spot for me tonight!

Continuing my search for a Houston breakfast place I just don't get Kenny & Ziggy's. The food is just too bland. In a city that loves its spice and flavor I just don't get the bland breakfast foods. Everything I ate here needs pepper or hot sauce to give it flavor. Come on guys you can do better.

Their Pastrami really is a level above any pastrami in the country. Really. Not a Zoo like Katz. If you want a giant hot pastrami that will bring a tear to your eye, go here.

As the title says - do yourself a favor and bring an appetite with you (a heft one at that) because these sandwiches do not disappoint. This was my first time at this restaurant and I will be coming back again (soon). The sandwich I ordered was the "Cloak and Dagwood" which is a triple decker sandwich comprised of rye... More

I cannot visit Houston and not stop in!! Arrived for late lunch on Saturday. Arrived just as a huge thunderstorm rolled in. I thought....ok....guess I'll be eating for the rest of the afternoon!! I love the atmosphere; just wish the tables had a little more room in between. Ordered the matzo ball soup. I wanted a cup but was told... More

This place was packed! The wait time was 10 min. The place is just like a NY deli! The portions were HUgE! My son had the Reuben and it was good! I had the lox plate..it was sliced thin and it was very fresh. They ran out of onion bagels and has to settle for sesame. You could have shared... More
