Humongous delightful portions!

I didn't think that any deli outside of New York could rival "The Big Apple" in portion size, but Kenny & Ziggy's certainly does. Always full with a waiting line, it seems, I met family for a late lunch (1 p.m.). Timing was good as the first "wave" of lunch goers were beginning to file out, thus... read more

We never visit Houston without going to Kenny & Ziggy's. The sandwiches are fab, love the pickles and sweet potato fries. Too many dishes to list but great goulash too. The desserts are to die for - especially the days they have eclairs - never seen oghers like these - fantastic!

A slice of New York heaven here in Houston. They have great corned beef and pastrami ...the was its suppose to be! Lean and tender!!! The Ruben sandwich is good. I love their whitefish salad too!

Lots to choose from and the quality does not suffer. I wish I had gone to breakfast in addition to my lunch. There is so much to choose from but all dishes seem pretty good. The portions are big so that help ease the cost of the meal as you can turn an $18 lunch into two meals. Other than... More

Best Deli around; even in New York. Everything is outstanding and fresh. Servings are way too large for a mortal. Best soda served in town. Want something not on the menu---impossible as everything is on the menu! Best, Perfect, Great; 'nuff said

This place is simply AWESOME. The service is Exemplary. The food is fresh, flavorful and simply Fantastic. The portions are huge so I recommend that you share an order with another person. I did. I highly recommend it and one day I'm going back to try their lunch sandwiches.

Lots of choices, decent selections. Had a good sandwich and good service. It was close to the hotel we were staying at, so was very convenient.

A group of four went on Saturday early evening with no reservations and were seated immediately. The huge menu was kind of overwhelming, but we chose well! A can't miss I would think. We looked at the other tables and what others were eating- everything looked incredible! The wife had the signature Reuben and I had a blue cheese burger.... More

We always work our trips to Houston to include Kenny and Ziggys. With no deli's in Austin this is always a treat. Whether corn beef, chopped liver, or a deli omelet it is always great. Sometimes you have to wait for someone to leave to get a parking spot. But it is worth it

Not sure they know that a deli has bread other than the Wonder-like soft bread they have there. But that is a standard in all Houston delis. The deli that has soft bread that deserves to have it is the Nielsen's Danish deli, not the Jewish ones. That disappoints a deli aficionado. .They could learn a few things from NY.
