This location is Great!

Been coming to this Cuco's location for years with my family. Always a warm greeting, good service, and great food. Plenty of safe parking and a patio when the weather is nice. Have tried several other Cuco's in other towns - this one is the best hands down!

Exceptional Mexican food, good service and clean pleasant place. The restaurant is on Clay Rd. having moved many years ago but the place and the food remain well above average. The margaritas are good, the dips vary in heat from day to day but are never too much. The food is consistently good and a wide selection.

Had a horrible experience. Asked for no sour cream on my meal--came with sour cream. Had to get new meal. While eating my enchiladas there was a big chicken bone about the size of a golf ball. Showed it to waiter and nothing was done. We've been long time customers but won't be back.

If you are looking for good Tex Mex fare from a chain restaurant, you could do worse than Las Cucos. The prices are very reasonable, and the portions are generous. The salsa that they serve with the chips is excellent. The service was average but a turnoff was that the waiter put down a "respectfully suggested tip amount of 20%"... More

I was here a number of years ago at a convention and this trip searched till I found it. A good hunt as the food was even better than I remembered. The tortilla home made, and the Carnitas had a gravy that made them simply to die for. Probably literally if I ate there too often as I am sure... More

I'm from Tucson so I know Mexican food. I was encouraged to try the fried stuffed avocado. Chips and salsa were good, margarita was average. The only good part of the meal was the beef in the enchilada that came with the meal. I was part of a large group, so service wasn't great but we ate late enough that... More

Every time I am in Houston, I enjoy Los Cucos. The food is quite good, especially the Fried Stuffed Avocado and the Green Salsa. It is always busy, so I must not be the only one who likes it. The downside is that it is quite noisy, making it hard to visit anywhere in the restaurant.
