Tasty as heaven!

They have a variety of Mexican beer, so I checked out Victoria which was light and refreshing. In 10 minutes they delivered the main dish! Fajita was amazing. I ordered 1/4 lb with chicken and beef, but it came with ton of sides. Everything was very delicious. I'll be back again!

Great food, great service, LARGE portions and free chips and salsa to start. I stopped here before going to an Astros game and was full the rest of the night! WARNING the spicy fish & crab taco is quite spicy!

First time here and brought by workmates. We ordered the steak fajitas 1/4 pound, fajita salad and Enchiladas. All were served hot and huge amounts of food.,,really enjoyed the side guacamole platter with chips as an appetizer. It wasn't to hot so we sat outside, great spot to enjoy a great meal and excellent service. If your looking for TexMex... More

Have been going here for years for work and with friends but moved to the Dallas area. First stop was El Tiempo for breakfast this morning. Nothing has changed. The food was fantastic, service was perfect, and they even went out of their way to make sure that my kids food was just like they wanted. Portions are very large-... More

I visited this restaurant based on trip advisors reviews and it was a great find. I am from the mid Atlantic so I am not used to amazing texmex but the food was best I Mexican i have ever had. The food was fresh and large portions. I disagree with the other reviewers as being expensive. The food is a... More

We saw the reviews on trip advisor and went to the restaurant! It was Saturday night and hard to find a parking space. We order chicken soup and quesadilla. The chicken soup is delicious and huge portion. The quesadillas are tasty and not oily. I saw people order margarita almost every table, and we order two of them. We were... More

I usually only come to El Tiempo if it's someone else's idea... not because the food isn't very good, it is, but with as many really amazing Tex Mex places in Houston you can get great food for a little less, or just spring for somewhere amazing and pricey like Hugo's. The fajitas and margaritas are great, as is really... More

Ate here with friends while in town and found this restaurant simply amazing. The service and the food was outstanding. They told us the wait would be 30 minutes and we got a table in 5 minutes. Most Mexican restaurants do not have the beer that I crave, SOL. This place had it. The menu and food was delicious. I... More

I've had pretty much the gamut here. But the best in the house id either the fajitas or the carne guisada. I'm a carne guisada smob, I guess, and this stuff is top notch. If you go in the evening ask if they have any left from lunch and you might be in luck. Margaritas are potent but good and... More
