Went for a meal with my husband on a Sat night - the service was fantastic and the atmosphere good. Didn't have a starter, and although we'd planned on having dessert we were too full after the main course to manage one! The steaks were beautifully cooked, but at c.$45 each you'd expect them to be. Sides (truffle fries and... More

I dined here during a trip to Houston and this restaurant came highly recommended by the locals. Upon entering the parking lot of Pappas Bros., I saw a new red Ferrari. I figured that meant two things, the restaurant is very good and very pricey. The food was great, the steak I had was cooked perfectly and was full of... More

The place is loud & overpriced. The food is good enough but there are a lot better places for the money in the area. I luv the "pappa chain" of restaurants but this one seems to be out of their wheelhouse.

I had one of the best steaks in my life. It was so good that went twice during my visit to Houston. The restaurant has a very nice atmosphere an the service was excellent. They have a great wine selection and the cocktail bar has some great drinks. I would definitely recommend it!!!

Arrived without a reservation on a busy Saturday night. Was given seats at bar counter. Steaks were of good quality, well prepared and presented but expensive for what they were. Wines similarly on expensive side. Not disappointed on food, only price

It was a great gastronomic experience... obviously for a meat lover. The service was excellent, the wine list extensive enough for the type of food served, and the drinks and cigar selection was awesome. The meat was cooked perfectly, carved and served with the respect it deserves. The only negative note was that, even if reserved for 8:30, had to... More

This is the best high end steakhouse that I've been to in Houston. They run circles around III Forks or Flemings, or Brenner's, but then they are slightly more expensive than III Forks. I went there for a business dinner, we started with a house salad which was very nice--well chilled, refreshing vinaigrette, and topped with 2 strips of bacon.... More

Took friends visiting from California. We passed on the appetizers since we were having salads and knew that the portions would be large. We all had rib eyes and they were perfectly prepared; tender, juicy and superb taste. Salads were very good and we ordered 2 desserts to split. The wait staff was superb. The waiter was extremely attentive even... More
