Noisy good food!

It's an large open restaurant which makes it very noisy! It gets very loud in there. But on the up side, the food is very good! The service is attentive too. If you want something romantic, forget about it.

we used to love coming here, but our last 2 trips have been so so . We always order fajitas with shrimp brochettes . Our fajitas were cooked rare and sliced in large chunks. Hard to eat from a tortilla without a knife and fork. The brochettes was overlooked With little or no cheese and a burned taste. Food did... More

We always get the mixed grill and share it. They have the best chips and salsa around. The service is great and the food it plentiful and very good.

We have have visited Pappasito's about 8 times since we started traveling to Houston. My husband has business here a few times a year and we always go at least once during our week in Houston. The food and service has been consistently good since August 2011-2015. We recommend calling ahead for a table. We started as a family of... More

I always enjoy visiting Pappa when I come to Houston. On this trip I brought along three newbies who had never eaten here. I warned them of the large portions and they were pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere is great, like a fun party. Come hungry and leave happy!

Met someone here for a business related meeting. Not a good idea. The place is popular -- got there at 7pm on a Tuesday and was told 30 minute wait. We decided to sit in bar area at a hightop. Service in bar area wasn't too good for eats ... had to flag down waiter and ask several times for... More

First time here. I love Mexican food but this was not the best I ever had. Chips were cold and the salsa was very runny. Service was friendly. It was a Sunday so we did have to wait a good 20 minuets for a table of two. I don't remember what we had but I do remember it was A... More

Most of the time Pappasito's is very good - if they continue in the way we were treated this particular Sunday, we will not be back. We were a party of five for lunch on a Sunday. Tables were empty every where. We could see tables next to one another that could be put together, but we were not offered... More

All of the Pappas's restaurants are excellent and Pappasitos is no exception. They have fabulous margaritas and the best chips in town. Be careful or you will fill up on chips. The food is delicious and they are very generous with their portions. We especially like their pulled pork Quesadillas.
