I just ate in Julia's. My favourite meal from a 3 week trip to the US, by a long way. Starter of Ceviche was outstanding. The snapper was meaty and very fresh and lemony. The steak (daily special) melted in the mouth with delicious fragrances of rosemary and pepper. Perfectly medium rare. And to finish a little lemon pudding with... More

For many years I have driven by and wanted to eat at the unique restaurant on the corner of Main and W. Alabama. I wanted a great lunch date to have a reason to stop. The opportunity came today. Dining at Julia's was a great experience. Once you step inside it is just as wonderful as I imagined. Old reviews... More

I went to a vodka tasting here and the food was outstanding. I tell everyone about this place. Try it if you haven't.

This is one of my favorite restaurants. It has a charming feel and the food is absolutely amazing. Every time to can I visit. From the Valet to the waiters to the bartenders they are all gold stars in my book.

A creative menu that could be really good if every dish was not overwhelmed with garlic. We tried several pork dishes with various vegetables and the highly acclaimed taco appetizer, but we generally disappointed with everything.

Had lunch with a group in this small corner lot right off the train line. Valet parking a big plus! The restaurant seemed overly dark inside and a bit messy. Our soups were fantastic! The wraps were disappointingly bland, but our waiter obligingly brought out a spicy sauce to help. Service was perhaps a bit too relaxed.

Set on a corner in downtown Houston, on Main Street, you can watch the traffic, people and train go by as you sip on a mojito, which is exactly what I did. The mojito was the perfect blend of sweetness and punch. For starters, my friend had the ceviche, which came on a large platter surrounded by homemade tortilla chips.... More

We dined at Julia's on a Saturday evening to celebrate our daughter's birthday. We ordered their pre fixe menu, a special Rodeo menu, thinking we would get a nice introduction to the types of things we would find on the menu. It was just ok. The service was a bit slow and there weren't many people in the place. Our... More
