It's really better than Average, but not quite Very Good. Our table of three had a pasta with Alfredo sauce, which got very a good review, a lasagna was had an excellent sauce, but very little lasagna noodles in it, and a spaghetti with meat sauce and sausage. The last dish was strange in that the sausage was simply sliced... More

The food here is perfectly acceptable. Note that they don't have a liquor license as of the date of this note, so bring your own. I wouldn't come here if I was looking for high-end Italian food, but I would come here if I wanted to drink my own bottle of a good wine.

We had the fish and it was excellent. The other couple had pasta and they enjoyed it very much, also. BYOB.

The food here was really good and reasonably priced. The waiter acted like he was very pleased to serve us. We will definitely come back.

We ate at Villagio's Italian Grill at 5777 San Felipe. What a beautiful place for a quiet dinner. The food is excellent and it is BYOB or you can select from their wine list.

The mussels in white wine sauce was excellent appetizer. I had the lasagna, which was definately better than average. My wife and 2... More

The food from this place is flavorful and well-prepared. Great for delivery, take-out, or eating in. The pizzas are fantastic as is the risotto. A little pricey for delivery but well-worth the price.

We recently ate at Villagios when we were visiting Houston. The service, atmosphere, and food were excellent. The very best part was their homemade bread. I can guarantee that we will be craving it again!!

We have been to Villagio's many times. It's in a strip center, but it's comfortable inside. It's possible to have conversation with friends over your own wine. Nice choice of fresh seafood. They try to cater to "whims," such as heating up your chocolate cake, substituting vegetables, et cetera. We never feel rushed to leave, and often linger and talk.... More

had not been here for a year, but it was still as good if not better than I remembered. Service was wonderful, and the chicken pesto, with grilled veggies was fantastic. wonderful wine suggestion by the waiter. small, intimate location.
