Delectable croissants, and pastries

The croissants were absolutely the best, but was disappointed with the quality of the chicken salad in the croissant sandwich, it was dry and skimpy for the price we paid. We picked our a nice variety of pastries to go, they were the best ever. The seating was very crowded.

I've always enjoyed the food at this cafe until I tried their "tabouli" salad. It's nothing more than an over-priced zesty couscous salad. Tabouli is my all time favorite dish and I am sad when I come by a tabouli salad made with so little authenticity. Did they even try??? Do they know what a tabouli salad is??? Answer: no!... More

Met friends for delicious coffee and French bread on Friday morning. Had only one roll but could have eaten a dozen: crispy on the outside and soft on the inside with real butter properly room temperature. Best in Houston!

The ambiance is nice both indoor and outdoor, but I was disappointed with 1) dessert 2) house coffee (French roast) 3) Ice tea 4) red velvet cake 5) blueberry cake/pie thing and 6) customer service. My friend did not like the tea because it was steeped too long and the taste was displeasing. My coffee was weak and that is... More

This small jewel has incredible french bread and desserts worth breaking that diet for. The sandwiches are also pretty amazing. The coffee and lattes are delicious and just the pick me up for a lazy afternoon. The best part is walking off the calories in the Village with so many cute shops.

Stop for lunch and ordered the lunch special of Salmon Quiche, Cesar Salad and Ice Tea for $11:00 it is my guess that the Salmon was from a can. The quiche was missing any spice and had a bland taste. The salad was nothing special just a plate of greens with dressing and no parmesan cheese. I tried the peach... More

I love this place. By 6 am they have hot and fresh baguettes and croissants of various types. Their chocolate croissants are devilishly good. You really can't go wrong and they somehow manage to keep everything fresh throughout the day. Many bakeries are just inedible by noon but these guys do such a great job of keeping everything stocked and... More

Stopped into the Croissant Brioche on a sweltering Sunday afternoon to get a reprieve from the heat and revitalize my shopping soul. Found a variety of attractive bakery items: enough to make the selection decision a difficult one! Ended up with a mouth watering chocolate eclair, one of the best I've ever had! I was also delighted to see a... More
