My wife and I went yesterday for her work Christmas party. The place itself was cozy quiet and low lit. The ambiance was great and the food was delicious. I can't wait to go back and have a quiet dinner with the wife rather than be there as part of a party.

Quiet little restaurant tucked away near uptown - was great for a private business dinner and others there ranged from business to couples and some small celebratory dinners - but it was quiet and peaceful and private. Service was outstanding - the waiter quickly understood our schedule and was very good at providing great service without being intrusive. Dinner was... More

Lovely atmosphere, with soft lighting and quality flowers on the tables. Booths are a bit small for four people - get a table if you need more room. There was live music from what appeared to be a bar area beyond the dining room, and it was an annoying intrusion into the serenity of the dining venue. I don't know... More

Kitchen staff can be heard swearing at each other. Floors uneven. Lousy place for groups. Doors do not close. Dessert served late. Food is great. Wait staff is polite but they can not make up for the management flaws. Place should be gutted and start over.

The food was wonderful. I had the Chilean Sea Bass and it was probably the best I've ever had. Had their fresh-squeezed lemonade which was so yummy. The appetizer was really good too. I got lamb chops & shrimp. No complaint whatsoever on the food. The place could use some updating. Very dingy & dark. Not sure what the trailer... More

Called a few minutes ago and was scolded by the staff member for not immediately responding to his gruff hello. I understand that this is a busy and successful restaurant but was very disappointed at the rude tone delivered by the staff. I expect this is the exception and not the rule, but thought the restaurant should be made aware.... More

My wife and I are often looking for a restaurant that has fine décor and quiet surroundings. Post Oak Grill fits this description. This was my first time at this restaurant although my wife has eaten lunch there on occasion. Parking is free in the garage attached to the building. We had an early dinner (5:15 PM) which meant that... More

that's clearly a very good restaurant where you've to go. Service is perfect, people very nice and very good food with a lot of diversity. The prices are really affordable compared to the quality and the service

The food here is theoretically Latin fusion, but much of it is pretty straight American. Excellent and large salads -- the warm chicken salad and Nantucket Blue are both outstanding. The fish is fresh and well-prepared. It usually comes sided with mashed sweet potatoes that are out of this world. The service is enthusiastic but sometimes a bit discombobulated, depending... More

On a recent Saturday night, I had a reservation for 13 to celebrated my two son's birthdays. I called in the afternoon to cofirm our reservation. They showed it only for 12. That corrected, we arrived 5-10 minutes early. They never said they lost our reservation but that was the impression given. After waiting 25 minutes we were placed at... More
