Houston's used to be a place we could go to often for a casual, inexpensive meal with friends. The food remains good, but the service isnt as awesome as it used to be, and it's gotten too expensive (for what you get) to go there often.

We haven't been to Houston's in a couple of years but I have to say, I have missed their Thai Steak & Noodle Salad (I substitute chicken for the steak) - it was delicious. My son had the ribs and my husband a burger. All items came out on time, the right temperature and the service was impeccable. The staff... More

Great ribs. Appetisers limited in choice and rather expensive. Skip them and save room for dessert instead.

We were in town visiting Rice daughter and meeting The Boyfriend. On top of that, it was Father's Day and every dad, granddad and dad-to-be seemed to be the object of feting throughout Houston. Fortunately, the b.f. is "A" OK and so is Houston's. Houston's was packed -- Texans like their daddies -- but we waited less than five minutes... More

I had a burger which was very good. It might have 5* had I not forgotten to say no mustard. The fries were good. I sat at the bar to watch the NBA Championship. I wish I had one close to my house.
