Thursday lunch

Really busy and bustling atmosphere with very good service. The specials were good and there was plenty of fish on the menu. Portions were well sized and more European than American. We relied on the server's choice for wine so can't comment on the list but her choice was good.

The first thing I want to share about this restaurant is the service. It was great from the hostess to the manager, everybody did their best to accommodate us in a really comfortable table . Then the food was great, fresh, simple and really tasty, made with fresh quality ingredients and served in generous not overwhelming portions. Kudos for Ibiza,... More

This is a very professional place, right on the doorstep of Houston's downtown. It's popular with business people. But it is also very suitable for a romantic evening. The food is a treat, with s couple of off the menu specials. The tomato salad starter and the rack of lamb specials are beautiful. Wines are comprehensive ranging from the modest... More

This place is packed any night of the week with the upscale locals from the newly gentrified uptown area and business people. Its open air (on non-sultry texas days) format with a large patio seating area makes it feel like something in california. The menu has some of those airs as well, with volcanic sea salt and other exotic ingredients... More

It is a gem of a restaurant. The food is good, the service excellent and over all a great experience. The thin scallop appetizer and the fried oysters were very good. The lamb shank was cooked just right, fall of the bone and it would melt in your mouth without any chewing. All entrees were without reproach. Over all a... More

We went to Ibiza for a family birthday celebration. We had a nice quiet table by the wall, almost in a nook. We had several appetizers including truffle French fries, Mozzarella and tomatoes, and calamari, which were all very good. I did not like my chicken breast at all. No amount of salt or pepper could not make up for... More

Good food and ambiance but we could not hear each other without raising our voices. Expensive wine list - starting at $54 at bottle, $12+ a glass. Meals a bit overpriced. Service was not very good either. If you order a bottle of wine and take their suggestions for dinner you will spend close to $200 per couple (including gratuity).... More

We have been going to Ibiza since it opened many years ago. The food is always fresh and wonderful. The Spanish influence is mostly in the appetizers but the grilled fish entrees are always excellent. The midtown location is convenient for a pre-theater dinner and the staff is accustomed to helping you make your show time.

Had lunch here. While the service was good, the food was mediocre. Had the grilled salmon. It didn't have much taste and the vegetables were overcooked and tough. Really couldn't eat them. My friend had the tuna which he liked and finished. I would probably not go back here considering all of the better options in Houston. Having said this,... More

We requested a table far from the front door, and were seated in the back by the wall of wines. Great location. Our waiter Paco was very personable and helpful in deciding on the most delicious dishes! We ordered an off the menu entree, along with an on-menu entree, both fish dishes, and both were excellent. The octopus started was... More
