Loved it!

Authentic, creative, reasonably-prices Mexican cuisine. Great margaritas, amazing chile rellenos, and bacon wrapped shrimp to die for. Go here

The original Ninfa's on Navigation still reigns as the grande dame of all Tex-Mex restaurants in Houston, TX. The food is always exceptionally well-prepared with the finest freshest northern Mexico herbs, spices, vegetables, meats, and cheeses. On my most recent visit to NonN I enjoyed a savory cup of chile con queso with fresh hot chips accompanied by Ninfa's warm... More

My family and I had dinner at this place and it was by far some of the best Mexican food that I have ever experienced! The place was super busy, but they were able to get us seated. I had the chicken soup, it was super healthy, huge portion and absolutely delicious! My son had beef tacos and they were... More

Great food and excellent service! Bathrooms are not my favorite but they're clean. I didn't love smelling like a taco when I left but it's been pretty standard any you're in an old school Mexican restaurant. Good salsa but not my fav :)

This high-energy restaurant offered a varied menu. We got great advice from the server for those of us with food allergies. The mixture of delicious enchiladas, tamales, and other Mexican dishes. This is a favorite location ... worth a visit.

My first Taco Al Carbon was here over 30 years ago served aby the most beautiful señorita I have ever met. I have been coming here twice a year ever since and that lovely lady has only gotten prettier. Authentic Texas, that's Ninfa's.

Just back in the country from south of the border and taken here be my sister. It was a Saturday evening but the wait was reasonable. WAt the bar we decided to order drinks and our meal as well. We got 1.5 pounds of fajitas for all. The meal came quickly, perfectly done, with sides od rice and beans as... More

Is it the same as it used to be- no? Are there better TexMex restaurants in Houston- yes. Should you go to the original Ninfa's- without a doubt. Nachos and Tacos al Carbon are where it's at!! Service is mediocre but the beers are cold.

While it's not in the same family anymore, it's as good as it ever was. Was recently there around 1:30pm on a Saturday, and the place was pretty busy. It does it's TexMex a little different than the others. Everything tastes good, My companion thought the Margarita was very good. Charro beans pretty good. I thought they were a little... More

Went here with husband and kids for the first time and were not disappointed! The chips and salsa are delicious. We had the chorizo queso flameado as an appetizer, it is melted cheese that they roll up in fresh tortillas. I found out after ordering that they can do veggie or fajita meat in the queso flameado-- next time I'll... More
