Went on a recommendation and a gift certificate from family. Easy to get to and very fast free valet service. Service was outstanding and food excellent. Dress code of business casual was stressed on web site but was dismayed to see a couple in tennis shirts and shorts seated with no remarks from staff.

Our waiter was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful in making dinner selections. There were 3 couples in our party and we all tried a different entree. They included: Eggplant Parmesan, Veal Piccata, Bistecca Toscana, Filetto Di Manzo, Fedilini al Buongustaio, and Linguine alle Vongole with a white wine sauce. The meat dishes came just as ordered and all of the seafood... More

I order a glass of Sasso di Poggio and I noticed that the wine was spoiled and smells like vinegar (this is the most expensive glass of wine in that category of italian reds). The did change the wine, the owner, GM or whoever that was ask me if my second glass was ok, I dont know his name because... More

This is one of the best if not the best Italian restaurants in Midtown Houston. I met several business colleagues for after work dinner and drinks and it is now one of my favorite places. Service is excellent as well.

We have been going to Damian's since 1984. We have celebrated birthdays, anniversaries, holidays and retirements. The food is very good and the service is excellent. Armando has waited on us for years and is an excellent waiter. The food is always special and you have an excellent selection to choose from. I would recommend this Italian Restaurant to anyone.

My wife and I went here recently on a date night, and it felt like we were instantly transported back to Florence. The atmosphere was fantastic, and the food was delicious. They make all of their noodles in house, as well as their deserts, and the additional effort they made really shows!

During our two week stay in Houston, we ate here four times. The food is wonderful with fresh ingredients and authentic recipes. The wines by the glass list is extensive and perfect for your Italian meal. The staff is attentive and extremely courteous. We felt like family. Whenever we are in Houston, we will always make a point to eat... More
