Delicious

My wife has been telling me how good the food was here so we finally made the trip. I already knew there would be a line but it moved quickly. We ordered the hummus, gyro with fries, and falafel on pita with lemon potatoes. My gyro was really good but I was letting the sauce take over. Once I... read more

If you want good Greek food I don't know of any other place in the area that compares to Niko NIko's. We've been coming to this restaurant for around five years and it definitely meets our needs when we crave Greek food. The Gyro plates, Greek Salads, desserts - all are consistently good. Parking can be a problem and generally... More

I'm a fan of diners drive ins and dives. So, when I was in Houston I thought I'd try the place out. The food was good and fairly priced. We ate outside on the patio and enjoyed our evening.

It was mighty tasty going down but the next day I had a fever, chills, aches and pains, nausea, vomiting, and other abdominal unpleasantries. My spouse be a little bit of what I had and also got sick but luckily not to the same degree. At the time we overlooked the fact that the food is served on disposable plates,... More

I'd not been back to Houston in 14 years. While living there, I ate at Niko Niko's at least once a week. I am so proud of Dimitrios, the owner. He was a young man when he took over the family business. Now, he is definitely an entrepreneur! The menu has expanded along with the size of the restaurant...but the... More

We have been going to this place since around 1980 when it was picnic tables in a slightly refurbished gas station. Love their gyros and have never found better! Greek salad and humus good too and those I'm with have had a variety of choices with no complaints. Always a line, but it moves pretty quickly and their prices are... More

Niko Nikos is truly one of the best restaurants I've ever been to and likely one of the best Houston has to offer. Delicious food, great atmosphere, friendly staff, and fair pricing keep me going back for more.

This place definitely rates in the top five of my all time favorites!!!!! The food is incredible. Get there early because a very long line starts to form. Everything is made to order so be prepared to wait. Absolutely delicious. I have never eaten anything like it. Greek cuisine is a new experience for me. I will bring my family... More

Faves here are the hummus (fresh and creamy). You can order the village salad - which is a Greek salad, Greek - style (i.e., no lettuce, just all the yummy stuff). I could eat their chicken lemon soup every week. It's the soup I crave when a cold is coming on. It's so warm and yummy and comforting. Gyro meat... More
