This is the second time around and I enjoyed the dumplings and the seasoned strips of meat. We settled for two appetizers instead of a full meal and this was more than enough food for two. You can taste the fresh ingredients meshing with the different seasons. Highly recommend to all. It is an experience, a worthwhile experience.

E-Tao is my go to shopping lunch break while in the Galleria. Wonderful dumplings and reinvigorating green tea is my go to order. I've never had any other food there but I've seen so many diners with wonderful looking lo mein and traditional Chinese stir fried dishes.

They serve traditional pot stickers / pan fried dumplings, but their shanghai soup dumplings are some of the best in the world. Do yourself a favor and stop into this place. It looks like a mall dive, but is truly some great asian food!

Wow, this restaurant is near Nordstrom, 2nd floor in the Galleria mall. The service was friendly and attentive and I'd give them 5 stars. I liked how the kitchen is open and you can see them working. The Dim Sum, especially the Shanghai Soup Dumplings: 5 of 5. No question about it. I had try it in many places, Hong... More

Whenever I'm shopping at the Galleria, I run over to E Tao for soup dumplings. I love them! Also good are the shumai dumplings. We used to get the dim sum platter but lately the sticky rice has not been so great on the platter. I've never had the entrees but it is the best dim sum you can get... More

The kind of Chinese restaurant you find in San Francisco. Amazing dumplings, great soup, fabulous noodle dishes. Best Chinese food I've had in years.

Had a quick Pork Lo Mein at this restaurant and it was superb. Service was good and quick and I was able to get back to my hotel quickly to get some sleep cause I was getting up for an early departure.

My future in laws took me there and omg, the food and appetizers were awesome. Tried different plates. Will definitely return.

this little space really surprised me. The menu was extensive and served small plates too. Not quite dim sum but close enough. We might not have found the restaurant but we knew we were going here in advance. The journey was rewarded with a good light lunch at a reasonable price. Look for this one, a pleasant change from a... More
