More Malbec than Tango

Dined on four starters including a gorgeous Cebiche and quite stunning Empanadas. Wines outstanding, worth mentioning the Uruguayan Sauvignon Blanc and a perfectly dry Malbec Rose. No Tango was observed though on a Wednesday evening.

We visited this location during the restaurant week period. The hostess was friendly and very welcoming as soon as we arrived. The waiter was very attentive and patiently took our order. The mixte salad was just ok but the empanadas were very delicious. Try the rainbow trout with balsami rice, it's an amazing entrée. En general, the experience was good... More

Yummy Argentinian food, love the atmosphere and service. A bit pricey but worth it. You can sit at the bar and they have entertainment some days of the week.

Out walking around in the evening near my hotel, i stopped in to see the menu. i was wearing very casual attire, for my stroll, which may have triggered a response to the staff. While the steak was excellent, the waiter was pleasant but inattentive, and, inasmuch as I had asked for the meat to be medium toward the rare,... More

We had a lovely meal here. Ambiance is wonderful. We started with the provoleta and chorizo. Both were delicious. I had the Lomo Uruguayo it was divine. So tender, juicy and flavorful. Mashed potatoes were also very good. My husband had the vacio because sadly they don't have entraña. They are very picky about the quality of their meat and... More

Had a good meal with family. Local is cozy. Menu was varied although a bit pricey! Acoustics very poor, tables around are easily heard and invasive!

Food, ambience and hospitality at its best, our company has held its pre- OTC Icebreaker reception here for several years. Always getting positive feed back.

We ate at this restaurant because it was close to our hotel and we do enjoy a good steak. The decor is pretty and the ambiance is upscale. We had no reservations, but were seated right away. We both ordered the Bife de Chorizo (10 oz. striploin) $30 each, which comes with sauteed vegetables. I asked for my steak well... More

We were only spending one night in Houston, and our hotel was near the Galleria area, where there are tons of restaurants to choose from. The fact that T&M was Argentinian was intriguing, plus, it was a short walk from the Doubletree hotel. Our steaks were some of the best we ever had, the mango salad was delicious, and sweet... More
