I had a very charming waiter, I wish I had his name. I asked him to recommend a Malbec to go with the WIld Boar Milanese. His choice was most excellent and I thoughly enjoyed the meal. Apparnetly there is live Flamenco dancing on the weekends but I have yet to convince my boss I need to stay on a... More

The Houston restaurant weeks lunch menu offered three courses and three choices per course for $20; an exceptional value in comparison to other restaurant week participants. The bread service was a great start as it included excellent homemade thick potato chips and was served in a warmed bowl. The beef and spinach empanadas and tango salad were very good. The... More

We love eating well; delicious and healthy are our criteria. Tango and Malbec hit the marks. Please see www.tangomalbec.com. Some may say it's expensive; $175.00 for 3 but that included appetizers, wine, entrees and dessert. We found it totally enjoyable; fun, happy staff, wonderful food and beautiful atmosphere. Houston is blessed with many great restaurants and I hope we can... More

We visited this restaurant during Houston restaurant weeks and ordered off their Prix Fixe menu. The food we chose was very well seasoned and cooked perfectly. The wine selection was excellent and the waiter was prepared to offer his assistance in wine recommendations. I am not as familiar with Chilean wines as I am with others and really enjoyed his... We watched the blonde bar maid make two margaritas. As she poured the picture, too many limes went into one glass. Without hesitation she placed her while hand in the glass to take limes out and out into the other glass....

Exceptional service, Unique entrees. Beef is grass fed and you can really tell the difference! The food has a south american flair, with unexpected subtle flavors. Presentation was perfect! I do not live in Houston, but when I visit again, I will take friends, for this was a wonderful experience.

We wandered in here for dinner on the very simple basis that it was across the road from our hotel. Here it's all about the grill. And the MEAT. We emerged a ton of protein and a large amount of $$ later. And enjoyed every bite. Not cheap. But worth it. There was also a very good performance of the... More
