Enjoyed a light lunch while sitting at the bar. Bartender was very friendly. Service was great. Enjoyed the food, but didn't order anything elaborate.

We shared a delightful evening with friends at this restaurant in Houston. The food was delicious and the dessert was first rate - bread pudding. But, even more than the food was the atmosphere. We could converse with our friends without shouting and the restaurant was not freezing. The server made our evening very special with her prompt but not... More

One of Houston's finest seafood restaurants. The majority of items are one of a kind creations, not some knock off of the items every other restaurant has on their menus.

Our second trip for dinner at Danton's! Sooooo delicious! They made me a special meal of Blackened Redfish as they Redfish on the menu isn't Gluten Free.... It is wonderful! My favorite veggie dish is their tomato & okra dish......... OMG! Our waiter was friendly & helpful. We WILL be back...next trip to Houston...

Amazing service, wonderful food. Courteous staff, went out of their way to make certain that we were taken care of. Prompt service, peanut butter pie was to die for, stuffed jalapeño appetizer was killer! Only thing that was not purely delightful was the seafood gumbo. Will definitely return!

Tried Danton's as part of Restaurant Week. Selection of food was excellent. Seafood (shrimp) I had was well prepared and tasted great. Service was excellent. Has a very New Orleans style. Plan to go here again.

Great happy hour food! Try the crab stuffed jalapeños and boudin balls! Yummy! Love those half shell oysters on captain wafers. A place to go for Gulf Coast appetizers!!!

My girl friend and I went to Danton's during Houston Restaurant Weeks and had an incredible dinner. I had 1/2 dozen boiled shrimp, grilled fish with shrimp etouffee, and Patsy's chocolate monkey cake. I also tried their creme brule and it was absolutely delicious! I will definitely be back.

We went to Danton's as part of Houston Retaurant Weeks and had an incredible brunch. We were able to take out time and enjoy each course, as well as the jazz band that was playing throughout the meal. We started with a Bloody Mary Danton style for me and a glass of red wine for husband. The first course set... More

Nothing not to like! Owned by Kyle Teas with chef Dan, incredible seafood but options for all! The soft shell crab is particularly wonderful when in season, and the shrimp made any way is fresh, perfectly cooked and sooooo tasty! Just love the ambiance on Montrose, in the museum district, so convenient and the wine list is really well thought... More
