ALL HAIL CHOCOLATE!

Indulge in all things chocolate... candy, cakes, ice creams... There are small portions and HUGE portions in all of their offerings - something for everyone. From 2 to 102, this is a magically delicious place to stop (and a great place to hold a girls party or shower).

You can find everything in this place! from human treats to dog treats, brownies, gifts, drinks, you name it. I got the chunky brownie for myself, and it's huge. It's def. meant for sharing. I think it was hands down the best brownie I had ever had.

This is my go to place for chocolate desserts. Slowly working my way through the menu, and haven't had anything less then stellar yet. It can be pricey, but oh my it's work it. Can't wait for my birthday month to go and pick out a treat or two. Oh heck, it's been a month or so, time to visit.

This was a last minute treat on our way out of town. This location had just opened for the day. We browsed the over priced delicacies and ended up choosing some small gifts for those back home and a couple of treats each for after lunch. $20 later we each had one or two bites to show for it. We... More

I took a friend there this past weekend that had never been. We grabbed some ice cream and a huge piece of chocolate cake to go. Both were excellent and the staff was amazing!

After dinner at a traditional restaurant, our son who lives in Houston, recommended we have dessert at The Chocolate Bar. Great decision - no disappointments... if you enjoy chocolate desserts and/or old fashion ice cream you don't want to miss stopping in and checking this place out. The desserts are wonderful ... lots of unique options to enjoy on-site or... More

It' s like walking into an eclectic 70's diner: purple argyle walls, yellow accent wall and disco balls. We haven't been since August 2014.I noticed that A) they're are more tables and bar stools in dining room area. B)more disco balls how cool is that C)Additional vintage posters a nice touch D)Bathroom was clean This is our 3rd visit my... More

This place is bad for your health as the ice cream is so good you will keep eating it even though your brain says you ought to stop. We didn't try any other deserts but looking at what other people had on their tables they looked incredibly yummy too and the portions were humongous. Unless you have incredible self control... If you are a Houstonian or visiting Houston you have to visit the Chocolate Bar. They have numerous chocolate cakes that are just exceptional. We recently tried the Any Day's a Holiday Cake and it was phenomenal.

I have been hare manytimes and i tell people about this place with the intent to bring them later on.The chocolate is superb and the ice cream is pretty good as well. A hidden gem in the area and a great place for a social event or gathering.
