Great service, ok food, cold beer.

The chips y salsa was good and the food was OK. The service we received was quick and attentive though. She helped with all the requests that my children had on their dishes. The big beer I got was freezer cold and GREAT!

Done making sales in area and stopped to eat there is nothing wrong with this place everything was great and clean. It is worth a stop and we will stop again when we are in the area.

Excellent Mexican food at a very reasonable price. The location is just off I-35 South with an easy off/easy on accessibility ramp.

This is a good place for TexMex. Margaritas were tasty at a reasonable price. Great server...... food was tasty and reasonably priced.

Women like the professional decor and nice atmosphere, but don't expect to enjoy if you want spicy or otherwise tasty food. Little old ladies that hate spices love it though. Bland, tasteless, beans might be made out of play-doh. This El Conquistador would win a contest for the worst chile relleno in the world. I literally can't think of any... More

The restaurant itself is a nice place and very well kept. The staff are prompt and courteous but the food tastes very generic. I have given this place several chances to change my mind but I have been let down every time. I wish that they would just buy fresh ingredients I believe that would make all the difference.

My fiancé and I live in Hillsboro, so we eat here quite often. Their queso is my all time favorite! Most of the time the service is excellent. Every once in a while we catch someone on a bad day, for the most part it's great though. Prices aren't to bad either!

At the same restaurant I am.??? Several Negative reviews that I believe are unjustified. Have eaten Here since they opened many years ago. I have not received one bad food item ever. Prices good! Food consistently good! Premises very clean. Family owners onsite every day.

I tried this restaurateur 3 times and at best service was mediocre. I had to demand to be waited on twice. Food was not worth the wait. Locals rave about food but I think it is because there are so few choices!
