I eat at Central Perk fairly regularly. I have never had a bad soup! Her tomato basil is outstanding, I lived her Italian Wedding Soup, and if you are lucky, you may happen in on a day where she has mushroom soup! Outstanding!

My husband got a sandwich and I got a wrap. Both were really good but the pie was OUTSTANDING! We shared the chocolate icebox but I should have got my own!

Great sandwiches & tea/strawberry lemonade and the best pies - key lime & bourbon pecan pie! Will be back next time I'm in the area - for sure!

We found Central Perk several years ago and have been making it our stop ever since. The good food is always fresh and cooked while we wait. The owners are very nice and she makes a great pie too! We typically purchase an entire pie to take to the kids..... . Oh and don't forget to do some serious 'porch... More

Central Perk has good food served promptly and a casual home setting. There is an excellent porch overlooking on of the main highways in town, where you can relax and eat while watching the world go by. The Sepolio family will delight you with their hospitality and attention to detail.

This is our preferred lunch spot when we are headed to the hill country. The sandwiches are excellent but our favorite is the Avocado stuffed with Chicken Salad. Their soups are also always delicious (Homemade Tomato, Turkey and Rice, Lentil) too! We always order a piece of pie to finish off lunch. If the weather is nice they have a... More

We were so pleasantly surprised & pleased to have stopped at this cute bistro while traveling on Hwy 281! First of all it was sparkling clean, the atmosphere is adorable as is the owner! Great menu with lots of different kinds of sandwiches & paninis! Three or four different homemade soups available and the chicken salad is made fresh everyday!... More

Traveling Hwy 281 through TX today and had 150 miles behind me so decided to stop at inviting looking Bistro in Hamilton (porch, up on a little hill, rustic yet immaculate. You can't miss it on main road (281 through town). Very glad I did. Food was great. Large breakfast burrito with a salsa with a kick. Coffee in a... More

stopped here on our way home and were pleasantly surprised. Cute old house withe wraparound porch converted into a really nice bistro in this tiny burg located on Hwy 281. It preserves the Friends vibe with character-named sandwiches, paninnis and wraps. There's even a Gunther sandwich, though women run the place. Well worth a stop. Closed Sundays.
