I am visiting Grapevine for the first time and a friend suggested that I have dinner at Into the Glass in the historic district. When I first entered this quaint restaurant I was surprised that it was so small and then that became one of the best features, its intimacy and friendliness coming from the locals along with the bartenders,... What a neat, little hole-in-the -wall place! Fri night we enjoyed really good live music and a surprisingly upscale menu. Very nice wine selection. No wonder it's a popular place.

This Restaurant & Wine Bar is the most down home feeling type wine bar, yet the food is more than something whipped up in your home kitchen! The dishes are created with the freshest ingredients and packed with lots of flavor that hits all the right places on your palate!! Every time my husband and I stop off in downtown... More

This place was recommended to us by some local people! We usually are not steered wrong by the locals! They REALLY didn't steer us wrong with this place! This is a small, quaint restaurant with an awesome vibe/décor! You just feel great being in there......and then you eat....and it just gets better! Their menu is not huge...a mixture of Texas/Mex... We decided to stop in here by chance. I'm glad we did. They were friendly and the menu was a bit of a change from other places we went in the area. There was lots of comfortable small talk with the server.

I came here with three friends after reading some great reviews. The wine selection was great and the food delicious (though the table pretty much agreed that the shrimp and grits dish was the star.) Go early, the place is small. Besides the great meal, it's in a really cute downtown area. What a find, if I ever travel back... More

Into the Glass offers more than just a fabulous, rotating wine menu. The food at this establishment has a personal quality that no other restaurant in the area can boast. Most of the time the chef brings your dish(es) out, freshly cooked and never having sit under a heat lamp. Each dish is handcrafted with fresh ingredients. We've had the... More

Get the chicken and dumplings!! Warms your soul, but leaves you with a red hand print on your face because you told your mom theirs was better.

Thought I'd try this little gem after reading previous reviews. Lucky for me, today was a slow day (not so lucky for the owner though, I suppose). I was the only patron in the establishment until the last 20 minutes of my visit. Quaint little restaurant in a historic building. The wine list was certainly impressive, but sadly I know nothing... I am from out of town on business and choose to meet a co-worker who was also visiting the area and choose the restaurant based on reviews. The atmosphere was cozy, the wine list had a nice variety and the food was good (we both had salads and the Mac and cheese appetizer). My unfavorable review was due to the... More
