Great steakhouse - nice atmosphere

We visited with a group of 8 and sat down around 10 at night for dinner. Our waiter was a bit quiet and shy throughout, but we made it through. He was very nice and attentive. He knew when to help us and when to hold back as well. I ordered the pork chop meal. I had steak the previous... read more

While it is not cheap I had a great steak. The service started out good and then went down hill. They were not very busy so I was a little surprised at the slowness of the service. The food made up for the slow service. The price dedicated that the service should have been better.

Though we had to accept a 9 PM dinner reservation, and we're used to much much earlier, this was such a treat. The food was wonderful, the service even nicer. Very nice wine list. The only drawback was that it was noisy...very low ceiling in the dining room, which is downstairs from the main walkways of the Gaylord Texan. The... More

Stopped in at the last minute with no reservation on a Friday, and they said they were full (empty tables everywhere), but that the bar was open seating. We go to the bar, sit down and no one even bothered to acknowledge us for 10 minutes. Several waitresses and bartenders could see that we were there, but nothing. Brandy was... More

Went here for dinner with friends in from out of town. The service is great and so is the ambiance, but the greatness stops there. I had the Lonestar Salad and the Free Range Chicken, which all tasted good. Nothing exceptional, nothing terrible, well....one of our friends ordered the Black Angus beef dish medium and it came to the table... More

I've eaten here many times and have never had a bad steak. Side dishes are served family style and include lots of healthy veggies. Try the Truffle Fries. They are delicious and the portion is huge. This restaurant has a great little bar with friendly service.

We had dinner here with friends while visiting Dallas. It was good - but for the money spent, there is certainly better. Both my husband and I had the Ribeye. Although it was cooked as ordered, overall, I've had far better Rib steaks before. The sides were very good (mashed potato, mushrooms etc). The service was also good but not... More

Incredible. From the moment we sat down we were welcomed with wonderful hospitality. The food was worth every penny, the meat cooked to perfection and the side dishes more than enough to share. The broccoli cheddar soup was by far the best I have ever had. For the birthday they brought out dessert and a candle which was a wonderful... More

We had our New Year dinner at this place and it was really nice. Food was excellent, service was great. It is expensive but we didn't mind because it was the last night of the year 2015.

We are local & decided to try to get in with out reservations. We were willing to sit at the bar. Our hostess found a nice booth. We enjoyed very nice wine by the glass with delicious lobster bisque. I love scallops and my boyfriend likes their surf and turf. We get the corn without the habanero pepper and it... More
