I visited Café Italia with a girlfriend while attending a conference in Grapevine. We stayed at the Gaylord and even though the 'other location' of Café Italia was closer we went to the Ira E Woods location. EXCELLENT choice! The atmosphere is amazing, the service is perfect, and the food is authentic reminding me of the meals I experienced while... More

We were turned on this restaurant by one of the local businessman on grapevine. I've actually gone back and thanked him. The food is delicious. Standouts were anything in the vodka sauce, it was the best we've ever tried. The steak and the Chilean sea bas melted in your mouth and anything in the marinara sauce was simply, fresh, delicious.... More

Yep, the BYOB on this restaurant was a surprise. My wife and I were traveling for business and this place was highly recommended on TripAdvisor. We took the recommendations but did not check their website that clearly says BYOB. Oh well, life goes on... Any way, we had the Veal Rosini and a special of Sea Bass. What a delightful... More

Great little Grapevine gem. Been eating here since they opened and find this an excellent alternative to all the chain locations on 114. Food and service are both consistently great.

One of the best Italian restaurants! Small place but oh oh so good! Fills up fast but worth the wait! Family run with homemade food at its best. We love this place and return as often as possible. Have never ordered anything we didn't love. Try it you'll love it!!!

We met friends and relatives at this quaint restaurant recently. We had not been here but a few of the others had. Wonderful menu and the food was very good. The amount of food we were served was definitely more than we needed! And the prices were very reasonable.

This is a small, quaint Italian restaurant with good ambiance. The food is consistently good and well priced. This is our favorite Italian restaurant.

Great food, service and atmosphere! We had the stuffed mushrooms (with a yummy pink vodka sauce), veal parmigiana, and a chicken dish, the name of which I can't remember...all excellent. Friendly staff with a family owned atmosphere. My kind of place...some of the best Italian food ever. Be advised its BYOB, so bring your choice of wine.

First went about 6 or 7 years ago on Christmas Eve and now has become a tradition! The food is consistently great, whatever you order! Our favorite is the Chicken Genovese with portobello mushrooms and a wonderful sauce that melts in your mouth! Also the Calamari is the best! Excellent service as well! Never disappointed!!!

We happened upon this place over the summer while heading to Great Wolf Lodge. It is a tiny little place on a corner lot. We probably wouldn't have stopped here on our own, but trusting the Trip Advisor reviewers, we gave it a shot. So glad we did. This is likely the best Italian restaurant I have visited. The staff...
