I stumbled into this establishment 7 years ago. It was the best find for overall food choice in the Fort Worth/Dallas area for me. The authentic Italian food is superior. The atmosphere is ideal. Don't judge the place on the looks of it from the outside. The inside is what counts here. You will not be disappointed. ALL of the... More

This restaurant resides in an unassuming strip mall on a busy street. But when you enter the doors, you are surprised by the large size of the space, as well as the warmth. Because it is generally full, there is an energy that is appealing. The waitstaff are perfectly attentive and efficient, beginning with the lighting of your candle and... More

We were in town for a convention and wanted some good italian food. Tripadvisor came thru 100% this time! Great atmosphere. The restaurant was almost full on a Tuesday night with what were obviously a lot of locals (great sign!) When our waiter realized we were from out of state he went and got the owner... who entertained us with... More

This was the best Italian food I've ever had. Atmosphere was good. Service was great. BYOB. Especially loved the elderly Italian gentleman that greeted us and shook our hand when we left asking if the food was good. Definitely YES!!!!!

May be the best Italian restaurant I've ever eaten at. Food was fabulous. Service was excellent and everything was priced well considering the quality. A bonus is you can bring your own wine in! Mostly adults as its a small establishment, would not say it's small child appropriate.

We came here for dinner here on a Saturday night around 8pm without a reservation and was told there would be a 30 minute wait. We waited in our car for about 15 minutes then went in and they were ready to seat us. It is a very small restaurant so seating is very cozy, Our waiter came quickly, we... More

This place is awesome, a quaint restaurant with a nice atmosphere that would remind you of an original Italian ristorante. There are so many positives about this establishment I don’t know where to start. Obvious the food is amazing and always fresh. The Chicken Balsamic and Arrabiata have always been a favorite but the veal dishes are equally as good.... More

We arrived at Cafe Italia about 6:15 on a Friday night, and it was already full. The hostess told us we should have made reservations, but she put our name on the list and told us we would wait about 35 minutes to be seated. We walked down to the convenience store about a block away and got a bottle... More

I absolutely LOVED this restaurant. It's so small and quaint. The food is phenomenal and the staff is so on the ball. It's BYOB too!!
