Met up on Sunday with some family staying at Gaylord Texan for business conference. Thought about leaving resort to grab some dinner, but decided to stay and try one of restaurants in hotel building. Gaylord has good verbal reputation as being first class establishment, so figured we couldn't lose on dining. Menu and pricing was as would be expected. Only... More

The menu has a lot of variety! Mussels, Baked Eggplant, Lamb Chop, Melon, Seafood Salad and, of course, pasta. The Prosciutto Appetizer with Melon and Arugula is enough for a meal

We had read good things about Zeppole so we decided to give it a try. Uber recently opened service to this area, so we used that service for transport from and back to our hotel. Turns out, the Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center, where Zeppole is located, is a BIG place. We didn't know that going in, and had... More

The menu is somewhat limited, but once you see that everything is made from scratch with quality ingredients, it is obviously understandable. This was one of the best fresh made pasta's I have ever had. Great service and great food. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Very good Italian restaurant. The menu is very interesting and I suggest the rigatoni alla vodka: wonderful! All the staff is very kind and polite, specially Leo, the manager. The prices are fair. Highly reccomended!

Stayed at the Gaylord Texan for a convention. One night we chose this restaurant. Nice looking facility, friendly people but not impressed. Asked for calamari appetizer and got a basket of fried "stuff" with two large shrimp on the top. Calamari were the minority to the extent we thought they had brought the wrong order. The seafood pasta with basil... More

While enjoying a 'staycation' at the Gaylord, we chose to eat at Zeppole's out of convenience -- wow, were we surprised! Everything was so fresh, the seafood was plentiful, and the sauces were bold. My kids (2 & 5) stopped talking while they devoured their meatball and linguine. My husband says we'll go back even if we're not staying at... More

Can't say enough about this restaurant! The food was truly Italian and the fresh ingredients were the freshest! I had calamari which was enough for 2 and most wonderful! Not greasy in the least!

I am not a fan of eating at hotels where I stay but if you choose not to venture out Zeppole's is a decent place to eat. Their full service bar was very busy with expensive drinks. Food prices were also high with small portions. Spend money on a cab and go to Cafe Italia instead. It will be money... More
