As ex-New Yorkers we are fussy about our Italian meals, which have three components for us - bread, salad and entree. The bread here consisted of large rolls, soft, not the crusty Italian bread we prefer. The house salad was just OK - mainly iceberg lettuce and the house dressing was a tomato based vinaigrette. I had the daily special... More

This family owned restaurant is an every Friday night stop for our family. These guys serve some great pasta dishes, the pizzas are excellent, the salads fresh, and the bread hot. Service is like Mom's. Your BYOB wine is opened by Dad. The Girls tend the tables and the Guys clean up and run the register. Really, everything on the... More

We have been going to Amores for years. Love it! Relaxing atmosphere and the food is delicious. Wonderful hot rolls with sauce to dip. My favorite is eggplant parmigiana. Delicious!!! And being in your own bottle if wine!!

Compared to Grimaldis this place holds it's own. Fantastic time here! Great service, quaint atmosphere and excellent pizza, baked ziti and fettuccini Alfredo. Definitely a place to visit. You won't be sorry!

They always make you feel at home and serve you food like my Italian Grandmother would make. Want it made a bit differently then on the menu, just ask and they will do it. I go here more often than any other restaurant in Grapevine. And definately try a cannoli. I had to buy them by the dozen and take... More

Definitely a place for locals! Very inexpensive, good food. The rolls are soooo yummy and fattening! Definitely worth a trip when you aren't watching calories and don't want to cook. One of our regular go-tos.....just before or after the gym!

We loved it, reasonable price and close to the Great Wolf Lodge. Took our kiddos with us as well, pizza was fantastic.

Had high hopes for this"Hidden Gem", but those hopes fell right after we were seated. The rolls may have been the best thing on our table. Tried to order sweet tea and was asked if sugar packets would be okay. The spaghetti looked and tasted like something out of the freezer. Wait staff was a joke as well.
