1) generic, paneled-wall interior 2) pricing as expected ($36 for a 9 oz filet) for generic-tasting meal 3) average service (nothing special) 4) disappointing, dry chocolate cake 5) feels like a chain With all the great choices in Dallas, a much better venue (like Nick and Sam's) and steak can be found.

Eight of us had a business dinner at Bob's. Nobody was disappointed. The filet mignon was tender enough to cut with a fork. The crab cakes were mostly crab with just enough "filler". The rack of lamb was superb. Service was some of the best I have experienced. The servers were very attentive without being intrusive in any way. Very... More

Ate at this restaurant for a private function. Very nice restaurant in a good location. Very crowded for a Wednesday evening. Had jumbo strip and calamari appetizers which were good. Had a ribeye for dinner which was cooked perfectly and was very tasty. This restaurant is typical of high-end steak restaurants. The food and service were very good.

Pricey but food was top notch. The steak was cooked to perfection. Huge portions with plenty to take home. The appetizers were generous and fresh. Shrimp and calamari were delicious. Sides were crisp and tasty. Dessert was outstanding and each portion was enough for three people to share and truly decadent!

We went for dinner on a Friday night. Can't complain about anything. Just know the prices can be a little high, it is made up with the quality and survice. Lovely Dinner.

The Wagyu Tomahawk Steak was OUTSTANDING! Right up there with some of the best aged steaks Ive had in NYC, Chicago and Buenos Aires. Appetizers are very good (try the Steak Tartare of any of the tomato-heavy salads) as well as the baked potato and glazed carrot. Excellent.

Only second to the Plaza III in Kansas City, MO, Bob's is a great place for a great steak. They cooked my steak to a perfect medium rare and the flavor is just spectacular. They offer many great sides that are all well portioned and have a great selection of desserts (but they are just too large!). The real gem... More
