We had to wait for about 10 minutes for a table. Then we were asked to switch to a booth. I think that put us in a different section. As a result, once we asked and finally got our omelets, after waiting 20-25 minutes, it was obvious that they had been left sitting for awhile. No great shakes about them,... More

If you want to eat here on the weekend I suggest you arrive before 9am or you will have to wait for a table. The daily specials are excellent home cooked meals and the quality of the food served is consistently good. The desserts are also made in-house and are delicious. When busy the service is a bit slower, but... More

Not sure how this place got such great reviews. Server was good but food took 45 minutes and then it wasn't all that good. Must be better places to eat in Granbury than this.

Nice place to get out of the house for breakfast for a change. I stick with the basics, eggs and bacon. And lots of good coffee. They never let me down, and it's fun to get out and about.

The Chicken club sandwich and the Rubin sandwich were both outstanding, however the service was a little slow, the ice tea is served in small styrofoam cups, and we had to wait for refills-on a hot day not great. But the food was excellent and the location in the square was perfect.

I had never tried this place until this past weekend when my parents recommended it and I was really pleased with everything about it. The Waitress was really good and the food came out as fast as it possibly could have. The coffee was good and plentiful and the meals were prepared spot on. I really liked the atmosphere and... More

We were here on Father's Day and there was a wait, but we were seated quickly. Pancakes were very big, and very big. Refills on drinks is nonstop, and even gave a free piece of pie to the dads. A nice, friendly atmosphere even though they were packed. Would like to try a cinnamon roll that someone at a nearby... More

I was pleasantly surprised at the various items on the menu as well as the 4 daily specials. It is really good home cooking and won't leave you broke!

One of the best breakfasts ever! I had migas, hubby had sausage omelet ..... large portions. Excellent service even though they were really busy. Coffee cup never got empty! Extremely reasonable prices -- breakfast special and lunch specials, too. Sorry we don't live in Granbury so we could go more often.

My husband and I had breakfast here on the recommendation of several people. Upon arriving their were several police cars leaving the restaurant - we were hoping they had been eating and not investigating. Service was great. A young man took care of us and he was very attentive to us. Food was ok. My husband had scrambled eggs that... More
