It's hard to believe the building used to be a Dairy Queen, as nice as it's been fixed up now. I've tried all the Italian places in town, and this one is by far the best in my opinion. Their pizza is to die for, and the pasta dishes are great. I love the eggplant parmigiana too.

We were talked into trying Joe's Pasta rather than going to the our favorite Pastafina Italian Ristorante. Service was good, but food just wasn't up to what we are used to getting.

Pizzas are huge....appetizers were very good. Prices are reasonable for an Italian restaurant. Huge, complimentary rolls of bread served. Only negative was kids menu is cheap food....$6 for a bowl of kraft macaroni? But everything else was 5 star!

Joe's has the best pizza in town. They really pile on the toppings and cook it just right, not scorched like some of the other places. We always get their napolitan pizza with everything on it. It's worth it to us to make the trip to town from Acton if we want pizza.

Outside of the building is basic and we passed by it several nights, but definitely give it a try! Pizza was wonderful and all of the staff were super friendly and attentive to our table. The bread that comes with dinner is also excellent. Many diners the night we were there and every table seemed relax and enjoying themselves. No... More

We stopped in on Memorial Day and found the atmosphere and menu to be traditional and easy to navigate. The servers were overburdened thus, our dinner took 30-40 minutes to cook once the order was placed. Many of the restaurants in town had rightfully given their staff the holiday so we expected a wait and made the best of it.... More

Joe's has always been a good dining choise, but our last visit was outstanding. We met four of our friends for dinner and drinks (they now have a limited selection of beer and wine for sale, but you can still bring your own). Ivy, our server, had a wonderful personality that made us all feel comfortable and relaxed. The food... More

The pizza is baked in a wood fired oven. It is the best in Granbury. This service is prompt and excellent. They also have a good wine selection. We have visited several times and each time it is very good.

We ate at Joe's for a second time, and their stromboli was just as great as last time. (One of the best I have ever eaten!) Nice casual dining atmosphere - friendly excellent service. The owner made a point to talk to all customers.
