Pearl Street Station, located one block west of Granbury's Historic Square, is a SMALL eatery that is BIG on flavor, featuring authentic Cajun dishes like Etouffee, Gumbo and Blackened Catfish daily. All of our meats are smoked on the premises and served with homemade sauces and toasted jalapeno/cheese sourdough bread. Ask for our Sister Special -- named for Sister from Granbury Live and our number one seller --smoked turkey with lemon dill sauce and mozzarella.

Unique

This is a unique place in Granbury. I wouldn't necessarily call it Cajun, but the food is wonderful! The only thing that would make this experience better is if the employees would actually smile at you.

I have eaten here many, many times in the past several years and I have not once been disappointed! Their pulled pork sandwiches on jalepeno bread is wonderful every time! The place is small but never very crowded and I sure don't understand why, the food is great!

If you want a smoked turkey sandwich on the most amazing jalapeño, melt in your mouth, bread, then don't miss this place. My husband had a rack of ribs that just fell off the bone, yet moist and tender. Not overly spicy, just right.

We went for dinner. The menu was more of a lunch offering at dinner prices. Food was ok but nothing special. Doubt we would go back.

Great patio, nice little place on the inside. Step up to the counter and place your order. Chopped beef sandwich and a Mexican Coke. What more could you ask for? Together they made me happy and they will make you happy too. Nice people and great BBQ! Right off the square.

and lighten UP> We actually asked for our money back almost immediately after placing the order and trying to get cups for drinks. The dude behind the cash reg was such a butt. You guys wanna attract folks off the square and those out-of-town $$'s ?? Be Happy. BE CUSTOMER ORIENTED. BE FRIENDLY. OR be somewhere else.

Pearl Street Station has become my favorite restaurant in Granbury, and Cajun food is typically not my first choice of meals. I was persuaded to have the turkey sandwich even though I am not fond of turkey but it was amazing. It is a must try. I also tried their gumbo; the only other time I have eaten gumbo it... More

My friends and I arrived late in Granbury, and had no idea where to go for dinner. We stumbled upon the "Station" and decided to give it a try. Don't let the looks deceive you, it is an old gas staion. The menu included the regular barbecue items, blackened catfish, and a variety of sandwhiches. We decided on the catfish.... More

The pulled pork sandwich was recommended by the owner of the B&B we stayed at, and it was fabulous. We had it on a jalapeno cheese bun, and it was excellent. The bread was fresh, and a nice change from a plain Mrs. Bairds bun, and the sauce was delicious. The beans were also wonderfully seasoned.
