Pearl Street Station, located one block west of Granbury's Historic Square, is a SMALL eatery that is BIG on flavor, featuring authentic Cajun dishes like Etouffee, Gumbo and Blackened Catfish daily. All of our meats are smoked on the premises and served with homemade sauces and toasted jalapeno/cheese sourdough bread. Ask for our Sister Special -- named for Sister from Granbury Live and our number one seller --smoked turkey with lemon dill sauce and mozzarella.

Good food and location

I had the pulled-pork sandwich with chips. Really like the way the bread is toasted and not soggy, sauce on the side. Choose between unlimited beans or a bags of chips. Small but very clean. They don't rush you when you are done eating and just talking with friends. No liquor license at this time... read more

I always get the brisket plate, its just so good I crave it. And what a cute atmosphere, an old converted gas station. You will be glad you stopped.

I'd heard about how good their BBQ sandwiches are. But I seldom drive through the square. A couple of weeks ago when I had business in that area, I decided to give that sandwich a try. It was surprisingly good for a place that I guess doesn't actually specialize in BBQ. But like other reviewers have said, the service was... More

I was not very impressed with this restaurant. I ate here on the Fourth of July so, of course, there was a lot of people around. The inside is definitely too cramped with only a few tables. It was way too hot to eat outside. The waitress never gave our order to the kitchen until my dad finally said something.... More

I have eaten here many, many times in the past several years and I have not once been disappointed! Their pulled pork sandwiches on jalepeno bread is wonderful every time! The place is small but never very crowded and I sure don't understand why, the food is great!

If you want a smoked turkey sandwich on the most amazing jalapeño, melt in your mouth, bread, then don't miss this place. My husband had a rack of ribs that just fell off the bone, yet moist and tender. Not overly spicy, just right.

We went for dinner. The menu was more of a lunch offering at dinner prices. Food was ok but nothing special. Doubt we would go back.

Great patio, nice little place on the inside. Step up to the counter and place your order. Chopped beef sandwich and a Mexican Coke. What more could you ask for? Together they made me happy and they will make you happy too. Nice people and great BBQ! Right off the square.

and lighten UP> We actually asked for our money back almost immediately after placing the order and trying to get cups for drinks. The dude behind the cash reg was such a butt. You guys wanna attract folks off the square and those out-of-town $$'s ?? Be Happy. BE CUSTOMER ORIENTED. BE FRIENDLY. OR be somewhere else.
