Excellent service, personable staff and terrific meals. As well as unbelievably breathtaking views of the Texas countryside.

Second time to go in 2 weeks. Yeah its that good! My steak was perfect both in doneness and seasoning. Tge Whiskey bread pudding is nearly worth my 140 mile drive alone. Jack & Cokes were made just right. And you cannot beat the view! After our meal we sat outside on the patio snd enjoyed a few beverages, the... More

We ate here while staying at the Wildcatter Ranch in September 2014. The food and service were both enjoyable, i enjoyed a very filling and well cooked steak with bourbon glazed carrots and a loaded baked potato. It is enough to keep you going for a few days. The only criticisms i would have is that the last seating is... More

We stopped in for lunch after church. The food was fantastic. We had burgers and chicken fried steak. The service was wonderful. You just can't beat the view overlooking the valley.

We has dinner at the Wildcatter this past weekend. Enjoyed chips and hot sauce as the appetizer. They have an extensive bar selection and have just about anything you want. I had the 12 ounce ribeye, the ribeye had great smoky flavor but was heavy on the fat. The marbling within the steak was not very good for the price... More

After playing golf at The Cliffs we are here for my birthday dinner. Service was great, food was awesome. You have got to try their bacon, jalapeno appetizer, and a very good chicken fried steak--cut it with a fork, real meat and very well prepared. Nice atmosphere and a wonderful view.

this place could be and should be fantastic. We stayed at the ranch for 3 nights and ate at the Steakhouse twice. We were told the Steakhouse is not affiliated with the Ranch. The first night was good food and ok service. The second night we returned two out of four dinners. We asked to speak to the chef and... More
