Very good service,The staff were extremely pleasant and attentive, food very good, but limited choice. Portions very big!
We stop in to the Wildcatter 4 or 5 times a year when passing by. The food is always great and the view is wonderful. We have never had a problem with service and they are usually fairly busy on Fri and Sat nights (Closed Sunday). One of the better placed near Graham to have dinner and then there is... More

My girlfriend and recently stayed at the ranch as part of our 5700 mile US road trip for a bit of a luxury stay at the ranch. The second night of our stay was the first experience dining at the restaurant. My girlfriend had the 6oz steak with a baked potato and asparagus and I had the gigantic Texas T-Bone... More
Texas fare doesn't come much finer than this, and the setting makes every dinner here an occasion. Dinner at the Wildcatter translates ranch cuisine to a higher level without breaking a working hand's poke. I am fully sympathetic to the difficulties of waiters, bartenders and kitchen staff having worked in the industry for five years when I was younger. But, the wait for our food (which was actually pretty good)... More
We had dinner 2 nights in a row and we were all equally satisfied (2 adults and 2 teenagers). You just want to try everything! Not to mention the deserts! Super crazy good!! The chef is really fantastic both in creating the menus, ingredients and preparing! This steakhouse is great!
We stayed at the Wildcatter Ranch for the weekend to celebrate our wedding anniversary so decided to eat one night at the restaurant. We were seated promptly upon arrival. It was a Sunday night, so it wasn’t as busy as I imagine it would be on another night. We started with Chips and Queso. Both were good, though the chips... More
This was our second visit to the Wildcatter Steakhouse. On both visits it has been good, although not outstanding nor worth the cost. This trip, we made reservations which seemed to be pointless since there were very few there other than a large group of UK students who seemed to take all the waitstaff's attention. The people are friendly and... More
