HUGE PORTIONS!

This restaurant is a little whole in the wall on a huge lot of land. The food is really good, and the portions are monstrous. Two average size people could share a plate, yet it is the price of a typically restaurant. The atmosphere is great. There is an indoor area that is adorned with Willie... read more

We always try local favorites when we travel, and we loved this one! It's rustic, down a small country road, sawdust on the floor and a GREAT COUNTRY ATMOSPHERE. The ribs and rib-eyes were outstanding. We saw huge burgers that seemed very popular Great sides as well, onion rings and potato salad were our favorites. They have lots of business... More

We love the laid back place! Don't get in a hurry for your food! Just slow down and enjoy your family or friends! Food is always 5stars. We come very often and it has never disappointed us. Usually we have at least ten people! Great food!

Food here is fantastic. Huge portions so be prepared to share. Atmosphere is fun and family friendly. Can be busy on the weekends so prepare for a wait.

I dearly love good Texas barbecue, but my wife wasn't all that crazy about it until we ate at Loco Coyote - she is now. Although this restaurant is about 7 miles outside town, 3/4 mile down County Road 1004 (toward Hico). From Glen Rose, when you're looking for county road signs, the ones on your left are 1200 series... More

We went on Sunday morning. Waited in parking lot 20 minutes, we were the first ones there and it was a good thing! First impression we drove up was, "we drove all the way for this! " Don't let the looks of the place scare you! There was 9 adults and we ordered the Pig Out for 8. There was... More

Heard about this place from a couple of buddies who frequent the place. Rustic exterior and interior with saw dust covered floors. Picnic table inside seating as well as screened patio and outside tables. Not fun in February but could be nice in the spring and early summer times. Christmas light lighting and again rustic decor carried on into the... More

Loco is a great place to eat and they are very generous with the food. Huge hamburgers, and the atmosphere is great ! Don't get in a hurry, because they prepare it fresh.

Traveling south 144 out of Glen Rose you have to keep an eye out on the right side of the road for the sign Loco Coyote. You find it and you will not be disappointed!! Great atmosphere and delicious food. I had the ribs and onion rings. Some of the best ribs I have ever had. Saw a guy eating... More
