I tried this restaurant recently and like most places, there was some good and some not so good. The restaurant is decorated very differently than your average place in Central Tx. Kind of a surfer motif with some outdoor seating and live music. I ordered the chicken fried steak although I had heard they specialized in prime rib, it was... More

This is a fun, funky place that just oozes atmosphere! Wonderful drinks from the bar and really good food for dinner. They have live entertainment , but not on the night we were there. Reservations are recommended for the summer.

Visiting Glen Rose to watch my daughter run barrels at American qualifier....went to Hollywood and Vine St for a late lunch. Fun place with an eclectic and interesting interior....bills itself as the Surf Capital of Texas?? Although they were busy, service was very good and attentive. Ribeye was perfectly cooked and good quality, and a great value. One of us... More

Made reservations at 456pm, got there no reservations, no one had a clue, was told when reservations were made had plenty of time to order & eat, then when we arrived was told 45min wait. Crystal mgr & Jenna were the rudest people ever. We're a 5hr drive going to the promise & rudest people I've ever met in my... More

We stopped by on an afternoon thirsty and hungry. The food is prepared with a personal chef's touch we thought. Just a little extra flavor hear and there. Nice touch. We are repeat customers, and will be again. They back patio is awesome, and the people are great.

This was our second visit, and the food this time was even better than the first! It took a little longer than I liked, but I'd recommend it to the pickiest of eaters! We're planning on stopping in again when we're in Glen Rose in October for our next horse show. Highly recommended!

Wonderful food. We are new to Glen Rose and Zach made us feel at home. He told US about the schools things around town and even talked to my husband about hunting and fishing in the area. He had wonderful things to say about Glen Rose. The food was wonderful: fried pickles had a spice and the grilled vegetables. We... More

They couldn't seat a group of 8 inside anywhere. That was probably OK since the AC wasn't working too well. We sat outside but had to get some bug spray to survive the mosquito attacks. Food was alright but an overall disappointment. Glen Rose could use some good eating options open mid-week.

This is a neat restaurant, they are a bit pricey ..... But the food is really good, we ordered the french dip (a huge sandwitch, enough for 2 comes w/fries).

Hollywood and Vine is a little hard to find since it is a block off the Historical District in Glen Rose, but it is worth it. The service is always good and the food is always excellent. We eat there about once a week, and I haven't had a bad meal yet. They have gone through some staff turn-over, but... More
