The beautiful house was what attracted us to have lunch at Riverhouse Grill. We were happy that we chose to eat there. We were greeted right away. The weather was nice and we ate on the outside deck. The lunch menu was varied and had light fare (sandwiches, soup, salad) choices as well as full entrees. The service was excellent... More

This is a great locally owned restaurant just off the downtown square. Reservations are generally required, but since the weather was nice my wife and I sat outside on one of their porch tables. The quality of the food was great. This restaurant is a little on the higher side of the scale ($15+ per plate).

First visit and was told that the chef and others were on a catering job and we could tell it was a bit off Saturday night...Out of the special and out of wedge salad. Pork chop overcooked. But nothing terrible. I would go back for another try. Price is not overly pricey but not cheap eats.

The food was very average- below average and the price was very high. The staff is nice but certainly in no hurry to bring the food. I would say it is not worth the money at all.

Meandering down 281 today to see BLUEBONNETS we found ourselves way out in the country outside of Hamilton. As evening set and we got hungry we asked someone from Hamilton to recommend a great place to dine. With no hesitation we were off! Called to make a reservation. We were greeted on the porch of this stunning grand 1890's home... More

We had a group of 25 and everyone thought the food was great! The prices are reasonable, and the ambiance and atmosphere are excellent as well. Kelli was extremely helpful when we made our reservation, and even called to follow-up. Would definitely recommend this place!

Located in an old Victorian house, the place has a homey, but elegant atmosphere. We had 4 small children with us and never felt out of place there. There is nice patio dining out front and even sidewalk chalk for the kids. They brought us cup gulls of crayons for the kids, and also had good food choices for them.... More

Waitstaff was very friendly and the food was very good. Would have liked to try the chicken Marsala but they were sold out. We settled for filets and they were cooked as ordered and good. We also started with truffle fries that were and finished with pie. It did seem like almost everything other than the pie had a lot... More

I have been to this restaurant 7 times. The Salmon is very good. Chicken fried steak and the catfish were good, but would not bring me back. Today we had a roast beef sandwich on rye bread that was very bad, the roast beef was so grisly and tough that I had to cut the sandwich with a fork. My... More
