My husband and I made a point to try this restaurant based on reviews. We were not disappointed. We enjoyed the lunch special, a sandwich of meatloaf and pulled pork. The pork was a "jerk-style" I think they called it. It was very tasty (hubby really loved it). I would certainly stop here anytime I am in the area. My... More

I expected Wildfire to be upscale and expensive. I was surprised, but not disappointed, to find it very different from that. The atmosphere was cozy and interesting. I would have been comfortable wearing jeans or a dress. General attire was closer to the jeans end. There are a couple different rooms and the bar area. We ate in the main... More

you would think, walking into Wildfire, you would not get out of this restaurant without your wallet becoming much lighter but that is not the case. Although they treat you like you are in some kind of high dollar restaurant the prices are very reasonable. Their food is absolutely wonderful. I had the pecan encrusted chicken salad and the greens... More

Second time I've eaten there. The first time I had a salad but that must have been so-so since I don't remember it. This time I had a macadamia crusted chicken salad. So-so. I wouldn't order that again since it didn't hit any 'this is wonderful' buttons. I will try the restaurant once more to give it another chance.

The restaurant has a wonderful menu with many fire grilled entrees. Be sure to try the french onion soup.

Wildfire is among a handful of really top-notch dining establishments in Georgetown. It feels like you are part of the neighborhood when you are there. It's stand-alone Bar Room is cozy and fun. I've found food and service to be outstanding on our several visits there. We will be back.

This is **only** for the **Saloon** menu: The Ponderosa half-pound sandwich (hamburger) is the best I've enjoyed anywhere. I really enjoy Hardtails' hamburgers, but this "Ponderosa" creation is much better. It has a delicious, half-pound hamburger meat patty that tastes like it's cooked over a wood fire, topped by provolone cheese and onion slice, with a wonderful habanero-mango BBQed chopped/pulled... We love Wildfire, by far the best restaurant in Georgetown. Everything is so good, excellent burgers and happy hour! We like the bar area the best but the restaurant is also a nice ambiance if that is what you like. Their brunch on Sundays are also excellent. Service is always on point. Definitely a great dining experience!

Great place for lunch, there are always specials and the salads are very fulfilling meals. I especially like the spinach salad with duck and bacon vinaigrette dressing, mmm. The yeast rolls are very nice too.
