I'm a sushi snob I lived on the ocean so it's not really fair to compare what you get in Georgetown, Texas to what you get on the coast. I was however, surprised it is much better than expected. In the Austin area, the only thing that I have found that was decent without dropping crazy amounts of money was... More

We dine in or order take-out from Wasabi frequently because they have a huge sushi and sashimi menu that is always terrific. The chefs are friendly and accommodating but the Chinese menu items are just average. Stick with Wasabi's strengths and you can't lose.

Wonderfully fresh sushi & cold Japanese beer. Very comfortable atmosphere & tables not crowded together. Wait staff if very well informed on the "extensive@ menu & very efficient. They offered to make any menu changes if we preferred. We will make this go to restaurant for Japanese/Chinese!

Food was pretty standard (some of the better sushi Iv had since Iv got to texas) it all started to get too good to be true when the young waitress brought mixed SUSHI instead of mixed SUSHIMI - honest mistake which my wife and myself overlooked as we're not uptight like that. The waitress then came back, apologized with a... More

Eat in or take out, this is a good place for food. They offer hot to healthy foods, and even sushi. Plates are ordered by meal-size, not quarts or pints. We ordered Chinese . The lo me in noodles were good. We also had Hunan beef and Kung pao chicken; the veges were crisp, not mushy :) If it is... More

Wasabi was the worst restaurant experience we have ever had. The food was awful, and the manager was even worse. My 18-year old goddaughter and I went to enjoy a nice lunch and both ordered bento boxes. Other than her onion soup and the little crab puff/wonton that came with the meal, the food was awful. We tried to eat... More

Interesting menu of Japanese and Chinese food. We ate-in at the restaurant. The yakisoba was very good; the kung pao chicken was standard Chinese fare. The wait staff of Georgetown High School grads was very attentive - our primary server was backed-up by the two other servers.

It is good, I have eaten there a couple of times with my wife who loves sushi and I do to. The service is ok but they could train their wait staff a little better to stay more attentive. The place isn't all that big so it has a cozy feel to it. The entrees are really good and I... More

Ordered two take-out dinners, appetizers, etc. When we sat down to eat, I quickly discovered there were ZERO shrimp in my Spicy Garlic Shrimp dinner. We called the restaurant and they mumbled something about a "mistake". Well yeah, I'd say so. They did offer to make it right, but who wants to drive all the way back to the restaurant?... More

I have eaten here several times. The food is okay, not great, not terrible. The sushi is good, although HEB has better in my opinion. The one thing that rubs me the wrong way is the owner/manager and the way he treats his staff. I have seen it many times how rude and condescending he is toward them but then... More
