Great Food! Outstanding service - Danielle was the best waitress we have ever had. This is the best location on the Lake. They have indoor tables and an outdoor patio that overlook the lake. We reserved the patio for our Daughters college graduation party and it was awesome You can't go wrong with the Saucer.

I have been going to the different saucers for years. This one had a spectacular view especially in the spring and summer times. Huge selection of beer. Food is not too bad. Order the pork belly sandwich. It's great. Supposed to be served hot, usually Luke warm, but it's still delicious. If you don't think it's too snobby....order a cheese... More

If you like a variety of beers then this is the place. So many you'll have a hard time making up your mind. Try the sample specials. The bratwurst is pretty darn good too!

But lacking when ordering off the food menu. My wife ordered the quesadilla and had a hard time trying to keep things together while eating. It was crispy on one side and soggy on the bottom, like they had drained the meat or left it in the window too long before serving. My lunch was the Dipster which came with... More

Good selection of beers. Nice menu options. Great view of the lake. Good spot to bypass the 5 pm traffic. I suggest Toni as beer goddess

If you a variety of beers, pub atmosphere, then this is a great place to go... I love the variety of beers and drinks that they have.. Best bar by far inn the the east side of Dallas especially for Garland, Rowlett, and Rockwall.

The meal was wonderful, huge menu, we sat on deck overlooking the lake which was so relaxing. The chicken fried steak and gravy was super. The French fries were just like we like them

Been to 4 of their locations, this one is the best of the 4. Menu items here are better because of the Grill here. The Beers of course are the draw for me and the Club adds that little extra. To bad we live 100 of miles from the nearest Flying Saucer or I'd go more often!

Great place to enjoy your favorite brew. If they don't have it (which is very unlikely), they will have something similar. A nice menu with many different items to choose from, all reasonably priced. The waitresses are all very nice & helpful. They are tested regularly on their knowledge of the beers they sell and can usually make a recommendation... More

Went here with some friends while visiting them in Texas. They had heard of the place before but never been. Its in a prime location on the lake (reservoir) with cooling breezes coming across at night. The impressive thing about this place is the beer ... 100's of beers on tap, some pretty obscure brands too. And inexpensive. Place is... More
