Gone downhill, but still good.

I haven't eaten here in quite a while, so when I was in the area, I couldn't wait to grub on some great Indian food. The Tikka Masala was good as I remember, but the rest of the stuff was just... Eh. The tandoori chicken, in particular, was incredibly dry... So much, in fact, that it was... read more

Walked in for lunch, there was one other table. I was greeted, coldly and shown to.a table. I got up to go to the buffet and saw complete disaster. the slads and appetizers were beyond horrid. The savoury items, lamb curr was joke, the tandoori chicken was burnt beyond recognition, lentils sordid. The melange of veggies was the only item... More

We were staying in a hotel close by and was looking for vegetarian food for me for dinner. Indian food is usually a no brainer and my wife can have meat if she feels like it. The interior was average and appeared clean and neat. We stood at the door a bit until a lady showed up and seated us.... More

Don't go during the later part of the buffet hours because the food will be almost gone, but other than that, always great service and awesome food!! It is our favorite restaurant for about three years now! Must try!!

...I went in at noon on a Tuesday for their buffet. One other table occupied out of about 30. One man working the front of the house. Not the most gracious or enthusiastic host. I asked for iced tea and received a glass with an inch of ice floating on top of tepid RASBERRY iced tea. Please ask your customers... More

This small restaurant is great. We ordered off the menu. The food and the service were top notch. I will definitely go back during their buffet so I can try a larger variety.

Food was terrible , long wait time since not enough staff. Only good part were roasted papad , and chef was willing to make specific taste of daal for us. Daal did not turn out good, and so were none of the other dishes. Definitely a NO No NO for North Indian vegetarian food.

The food at India Garden is outstanding. The Dallas area boasts a lot of decent Indian restaurants, and I've eaten at most. By far, India Garden surpasses them all. The food is not oily, the meats are good cuts, expertly prepared. Careful with the "spicy" orders though unless you really mean it - spicy is very hot, even medium will... More

I am so excited to have found India Garden. Driving up to it I didn't know what to expect, it's a small place at the end of a shopping strip. As soon as I walked in it was a different world. I was enveloped in culture, immersed in the aroma of spices, and taken on a culinary adventure. It was as... More

There were8 of us there for dinner. We all ordered different dishes. The common opinion was that the meals were good. Some of out group do not take to spicy food very well. They requested that the spices be toned down, and they were able to accomodate the requests. I had a lamb dish. The lamb cubes could have been... More
