Upscale, fresh and friendly! The breakfast menu is unique and the service is wonderful. I will certainly be back the next time I visit the island.
We went for breakfast on a weekday morning. The place is large and clean; there we're no crowds. The menu is simple, with a mix of standard and unique dishes. Pancakes are very good, the shrimp omelette was tasty. Next time, I will try one of their French toasts.
We had breakfast, lunch and dinner here in the course of a few days. It was excellent! Everything! Always took a goodie home from their bakery. Try the Italian Cream Cake!!
Had breakfast at the Sunflower on our last day. Food was good and you don't leave hungry...besides you can't pass the bakery case without getting a little something extra. Menu offers a variety of items and they are reasonably priced so you should find something you like. Nice patio area as well as inside areas for dinning. Staff was friendly.

It was full of crab (which I love) and the cheesy parmesan was an interesting and good accompaniment to the omelet. My daughter loves the chicken hash, which... More
We eat here at least twice a week...best breakfast on the island....chicken fried chicken with mashed potatoes are TO DIE FOR...love this place...it's always fresh!!

Some things were very good, such as the very fresh garden salad and delicious homemade avocado vinaigrette. Other things were just OK. The brownie that came with the dessert was not so great, but the presentation was nice, served with... More
My family visited for breakfast and later came back for sweets from the bakery! We enjoyed our breakfast, yummy pancakes, ham, sausage, potatoes. A few items were just so-so. The bakery had some very good desserts and then some not so great... blondies, cheesecake brownie, and cinnamon roll were all hits. Overall it was fun and a good experience, we... More
