A upscale restaurant who has earned the title.

My wife and I ate here for our anniversary and it was amazing. We started out with the empanada appetizer (chicken, beef, shrimp) and they were all very flavorful, especially paired with the sauce that they are served with. For dinner my wife had a soft shell crab special, which was very good and I had a 22 oz. bone... More

I think it is one of best top places to eat in Galveston. I highly recommend! You have to dressed well for this place, no t shirts or shorts. It is pricey, but it is worth it.

Rudy & Paco's has been around for years and years. It IS fine dining and so no shorts, flip flops and tanks. His philosophy is to provide finer dining atmosphere vs the beach on seawall. The food and price are more high end but worth it. If you have young children there is not much for them as it is... More

Had late dinner last weekend here. Although the table was not ready when we arrived, I sometimes expect that with later reservations as it is hard to predict when people will leave. Once seated, our foursome had a really great meal. Attentive server kept up with us all night but was not over the top where you kept being interrupted.... More

Hard to get a table, must make reservations. Food and service was great. Rudy & Paco menu was extensive and had something for all tastes. I would definitely go back.

The food and service were both excellent but the crab cake in particular was incredible. If I ever find myself in Galveston again I will be sure to return. I would recommend

This place came highly recommended and I was not disappointed. It requires a reservation because the venue is intimate and very busy. But it was worth the work and the price. Staff was very attentive. Atmosphere allowed my party to visit comfortably. My husband is blue collar and I was concerned the place might be too pretentious, but it wasn't.... More

We try to make it to Rudy & Paco every time we're in Galveston because their food is just delicious, and their seafood always fresh! We've ordered different entrees every time, and we've never been disappointed.
